I barely know anything about Voltron or Dairugger (I've only ever seen a handful of episodes of Lion Voltron, and no more than one or two episodes of Dairugger XV), but got this just based on your review. Zero regrets. It's a gorgeous figure and looks awesome in my super robot display. SoC products are always a treat. I feel like in terms of sheer quality they've been doing far better work the past decade or so than Takara with their MP line.
Together with Trider G7, this is my second SoC I basically know next to nothing about in terms of the anime and got purely because it looks cool as heck. 😂 No regrets!
An enlarged Blitzway version of this would be nice in order to beef up some of the fragile pieces and to give us rolling wheels/treads.

It was easy to break
I noticed an error with this voltron. The right hand main fist has 4 square lights , however posed right handed fists have only 2 square lights
The spin cutters make the sword and are absent..

Thanks, ya it's impressive, I also just figured out how to make him not slide around on this car feet.
The rotor blades turn into the sword on the cartoon, so it's accurate to not have them on when he's holding the sword. :)

I did have a chance to get this, but now I don't think I want it. There are just too many parts, too many breakable ones at that. I just can't take a $360 chance. Thanks for the review!

I had the original as a kid...some of the bigger vehicles had rev wheels if i remember correct. They werent fixed
No rev wheels on this one, but I don't really want that either.
@@TMReviews i concur... i don't think anyone will be on the floor playing with it where rev wheels would be a thing.. this thing is pure display and awe.
@@PopePlatinumBeats Counterpoint for consideration: the rev wheels did, however, provide enough friction to keep the feet from rolling under the weight of the bot. It may have worked very nicely as a dual purpose in this case (wheels roll if "playing", but also support while posing). The Miracle Productions Dairugger had a nice feature which lowered the undercarriage of the feet past the wheels to prevent "rollerskating", thought that could've been an option as well...

Would you still recommend this Vehicle Voltron figure? Or do you think we should wait to buy a representation of Dairugger until we hear if Blitzway will be trying to make one?
I mean I still recommend it, but it's not gonna be comparable to Blitzway if they make it, they are on another level

don't quite understand what the gripe is about the wheels, the legs are way too heavy to even pull any extreme poses in the first place... now a $300 figure without rolling wheels, you wouldn't hear the end of it hahaha
I definitely want the wheels, just don't want it rolling around in bot mode. I was told that I might not have mine fully compressed so that might be the issue. Either way I put some rubber bits on the feet and now I don't have any issue.
@@TMReviews hmm, very strange as I don't think it would even roll around if the wheels were not tucked in in robot mode... anyway glad u had a fix
Nice review! Weird about your rolling wheel issue in combined mode. Are you sure you slid the ankle inserts all the way in before you pushed the wheels up? If you don't do that, the locking tab that is part of the internal wheel carriage won't raise and it will keep the wheels from collapsing completely.

It was pushed in all the way, not sure why it rolls but I solved the problem with rubber strips on the feet
did you switch the color legs on purpose?

I saw his review of macross...the funny thing is i had talked to him about gx-88 and was planning to send it to him for review. He ended up getting it from someone else so his review is coming soon.
Bobby just loves voltron.
So Dino Megazord got no wheels but better hands and arm articulation. This Voltron got crummy hands and arm articulation but tons of wheels.

Nice but not 400 nice that's like 28 bucks a car and the don't even have working parts really , the lions is worth the tag not these sorry to say . Good review.
