Hello,While I was in the process of doing this tutorial,I did'nt do the part where you said to delete the parent headlight by pressing ctrl+i and the go to modifier and delete it except the lambo* logo from the first part of this tutorial.Instead i just kept it like that and at the end my parent headlight had all the textures without doing your process.May I know why did you do that or is there some problem if I do it the normal manner like what I did?Am new to 3ds max so sorry if its a stupid question.
    Thank you!

I would be happy to explain. Usually when working with CAD data your headlights will have hundreds if not thousands of objects, so my personal industry pipeline is to work with 1 light and copy to other side, since when I do my commercial work I dial in various independent materials for accuracy, its very important to have each side match 100%. Otherwise I have to remember what I applied where. Just a personal workflow thing, nothing right or wrong with your method at all! If it works for you then 100% keep doing it. Take tutorials as just an open mind discussion, no tutorial out there will ever be the 100% accurate way of doing things, always many ways and up to the artist to find his or her method.

@@ishaanwankhede8972 Appreciate it! I don't mind sharing my knowledge for free, most of this stuff is all online anyways, I am just making the tutorials direct in segments vs doing a big 10hr video haha.
