so basically lets say i enchanted a weapon - weapon can lose its condition - weapon does require charge - i have to catch souls - have to buy soul gems or get azura star - i have to learn the spells before enchanthing them(i can simply use them without weapon than?) - i have to join mages guild man its painful, thanks for the info tho
The soul trap spell isn't available at ANY of the vendors in any city in the game. I'm so desperate I'm searching for help on youtube. Not a single mage in any of the mages guild has soul trap! It's bizarre
If you are experiencing some strange bug where the item doesn't exist in game you can use a console command to give it to yourself. Technically this is cheating, but if you have no others means to get it then it's fair enough imo. Use the command player.additem 000AA04F 1

Dmg +weakness to magic is pretty useful for weapons. Weakness has to be last effect, though!

It's just the style of the helmet, there is no hood involved
