Thanks for this! I added a plastic liner inside the interior liner so it's a little resistant to getting dirty! Super project!

I so need one or even two for each car. Lol Thank you! To all the newbies as I am myself. Be very careful ironing on your cutting mat when you are getting things really hot and do not I repeat do not use an iron on your mat when ironing interfacing. I wouldn’t recommend at all. I just ruined mine about a week ago. She isn’t new to this I’m sure she knows how much one can withstand. I tried to fix mine. Nope had to trash it and buy a new one. Yes it’s only $24 but $24 is almost a months worth of goodnites for me lmao so just be careful if you choose to iron n your mat.

Yes, thank you for this!! What I usually do is either put a towel on top of my cutting mat before ironing, or because mine is able to be folded up I will just fold up one section, then put the towel down on my table instead of the mat. It can definitely warp or ruin a cutting mat if you iron it directly! I probably should have said something like that in the video, thank you lol.

@@drinkandsewthings4806 , We got your back, it’s ok. We can’t think of everything all the time. Lol we are after all drinking why we’re sewing. A few things are bound to be forgotten. 🤣🤣🤣 I would say not many are dingy enough to make my mistake anyway I just thought I would throw it out there for the newbies like me.

@@maryjanepartlow7267 True story. 😂 I definitely have accidentally warped a cutting mat by doing that, though! After you do it once you’re way more cautious lol.

Love your video..! Question tho, can I use ONE fat quarter to make two of my outer peices.? Will one fat quarter be big enough to make two of the same sized peices.? Thank you so much.!

Thank you! Anytime I can find Harry Potter fabric I usually buy it... even if I don't know what project I'm going to use it for! I put the links to these prints in the description. :)

Might try this. My current bin in the car is the floor so could be good. Love 19 Crimes but couldn't drink it and sew. Two glasses and I'm away with the fairies.
