      Jazz EATS 😊 u know what ipiprito ko dapat sya pero anlaki di kasya sa kawali, 😊 kaya nag improvise and change ng plan ako.. careful sa mainit na mantika. You can fry or buhos lng depende ano mas convenient sa iyo.

    Kakaibang technique sa pagluluto. Pwede po pala yun na kahit hindi ilagay sa kawali ang ulo talagang lulutong na ang balat. Tatry ko po talaga to promise. Kase nagtry po ako ng pata kaso hindi ganitong process,medyo matigas po ang laman.

      It could be the drying time and humidity/ temperature of the room before pouring oil.. I do same process but i use dehydrator for 3hrs..same good crunchy result

      Sakto lang yan bos. Alam po ginagawa natin.. Tantsado yan, Isang kilong karne 3/4 tbsp na asin kelangan. dalawang kilo mahigit yan karne. At ung iba malalaglag pa sa mantika. No worries rock salt po yan kaya mukhang madami, mag evaporate yan.
