Back in time when we gave you good engine as well as fit and finish you never bought our cars. So we designed 2.0 and sell you strong but poorly finished cars. You want both? Go for Kodiaq or Tiguan’. Simple as that!

This is not cost cutting. Fit and finish are poor because cars are manufactured in India and Indian labour is less skilled and kaamchor.

Fit and finish are a function of cost. GD&T and subsequent manufacturing finesse increases exponentially and not linearly.

my slavia 1.5 dsg automatic gives around 18-21 on highway.. 2 cylinder deactivation..

@@Vyenky_gamingmcoc 1.5 dsg from VW has 4 cylinders.. so when the car is driven at constant speed full power is not needed.. it is only required in starting on 1st gear.. and acceleration or fast overtakes.. in most car engines all the 4 cylinders run all the time.. in VW enignes too all 4 cylinders run.. but the tech cuts petrol supply on two cylinders.. in around 0.1 seconds and back on in 0.1 seconds.. so when extra power is not needed the engine runs on 2 cylinders practically as half petrol supply is cut off..and half power.. and feul efficiency increases by around 40%

driver side Power window does misbehaves. Service centre doesn't have a solution for that. I own SLAVIA style 1.5 MT.

it doesn't misbehave, autoup doesn't work when engine is off
