Hi, can you help me please? I would love to blend this mod together with Faster Combat. I only want the 2 handed hold/move/block animations from this while keeping the Faster Combat attack animations. I tried doing this myself but i just cant get it to work. Could you maybe tell me which animations i need to replace for this to work? I tried copying your "hold" and then also the "raise" animations over the faster combat ones but it didnt work. The result was as if i only had normal faster combat installed. Which animations are responsible for the way the hero (or an npc) holds the weapon and blocks with it? Why is there no animation with "block" or "parry" in the name? Its confusing. Can you help me please?
As much as I like this mod, I don't like it so much that now every NPC with a 2H weapons keeps it that way. In G1 and G2 it worked in such a way that the grip changed depending on how skilled Hero and the NPCs were using such weapons. It would be nice if, for example, with "Heavy Weapon 1" Hero holds the weapon just like in vanilla, and with, for example, "Heavy Weapon 3" he holds the weapon with both hands. And for it to work similarly with NPCs, that, for example, trained Paladins hold swords with both hands, and ordinary bandits/rebels/mercenaries as in vanilla.
@@jacekrozenek1592 That would be ideal sure. Unfortunately we have one set of animation for all humans. Someone would need to write a dll Script to change that. And then i would have to adapt all animations. I honestly do Not have the time to overhaul so much. It is too much work for one Person. I hope others start editing anis with Blender as Well.
@@Hackmeister-TV that would ideal for sure but if its unrealistic then thats okay also, the work you are doing is amazing because ive always hated the original animations, i can get over the fact that other npc's use it like that if its not a feasible thing to do, maybe some other guy will do it Lol
The reason i want to keep the faster combat mod attack animations is because i want them to not be as slow as the ones you use in general, but especially the basic LMB pressed attack. I dont like how slow and horizontal it is. It looks like the hero is dragging the blade through water.
I understand your view. However, the number of frames of the new attack is lower than the original which makes it slighty faster even. I am hesitant to make it faster for balance reasons.
In principle yes. However, the animation itself does not decide about how far you would actually jump. A coder would have to write a corresponding dll script. (I have no expertise in that area). I could only provide the animations should someone create something like that.
Can you see the tumbling animation of the acrobatics skill? How is it played during the fall? Is it possible to play this animation separately from the acrobatics skill on the assigned hotkey or double-click in the right direction aa-ww-dd-ss?
In principle i could replace any animation with another. Assigning animations to buttons is a bit outside of my expertise however. A dll script would need to be created for that.

Gameplay in Myrtana is fun. Nordmar can be bad at times but that is due to enemy placement, the Balance Mod iam working on will reduce mob density.

Please correct the error, when the hero moves with a two-handed weapon in block mode, the hero twitches, please correct

Can you change the sprinting animation with drawn weapon? The regular sprint animation looks pretty cool, but the one with weapons drawn is terrible.
