Great video, thanks! I go out in the rain too, everything is more vibrant & colorful & yes nobody is around, it's perfect! Keep on making wonderful videos, I appreciate it!❤️
Great stuff, Tony 👏🏻👏🏻 We have to deal with plenty of that wet weather in Autumn/Fall in New Hampshire in the states. I have gone many a camera trip in the rain until the white stuff starts falling. Great set of images.
@@tonyhowellcouk For landscape shots i always have a fast shutter speed because i can't use blurred birds in my images.Lots of wasted shots because of blurred birds. Never again. Now i hope for birds.
Rain is great for busier locations. Keeps the people away. Lovely photos. Thanks for sharing. 👍😎
Thank you Foto, I really appreciate your comments!

Thanks Metis, I'm glad other people have discovered this fact about the wet; surprised it's not more well-known!
Hi Tony , the great video that great images can be made in the wet . I learned a lot from your videos about photography 👍
Thanks Steve, I'm glad you're benefitting.
Enjoyed this video very much, the colorful images too.
The weather certainly isn't a good reason to stay in snug and warm... quite the opposite!
@@feetfirstspeks Thanks, and I totally agree
Well explained Tony, I must get out more in rainy weather you don’t no what you can find.👍
Thanks and yes, do Tony. I'm going off the idea of shooting in woodland unless it's wet (or misty).
Amazing work. Love it!
Thank you Lenz!
Enjoyed your video thanks for posting 👍
Thank you Ray.
Some lovely images, Tony. It was a downpour where I live and I stayed in... I feel guilty now! Thanks for taking us on your journey!
Thank you Dennis, I still don't like heavy rain, but afterwards....yes!
Awesome video!!! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Thank you M!
I concur with your pre shooting ideas. If I am thinking mono I walk around with my phone on b/w so I am seeing the world in monochrome. 👍📸
Thanks John, and yes that mono picture style helps a lot doesn't it.
Great idea and the photos are more vibrant. I’ll try to go out in a drizzle, not pouring though.
Yes drizzle's good, or after rain.

Thanks Andy, good that you appreciate the wet weather, it can be good!
Waterproof socks ... I must visit Tehidy to follow your example. Good stuff, Tony!
Thanks Peter, I've asked but no-one in Truro stocks waterproof socks!
Wonderful....again!
Thank you Bill!
Definitely wellies for that location. No umbrella?
Thanks David, two tripods and an umbrella too much for little old me!
Great images, wet socks again, Tony 😂
Thanks, yes John, what is it with me and wellingtons?!
Where do you draw the line in cloning out parts of your image?
Thanks David; I remove people, rubbish, telegraph lines, birds, plane trails, but I never add anything that wasn't there. How about you?
@@tonyhowellcouk I've only been at it for 3 years and i think other than trash, nothing should alter the image.
@@David-i7b8y I guess we all find our line. But what do you do if a large blurred bird is in your otherwise-good image David?
@@tonyhowellcouk For landscape shots i always have a fast shutter speed because i can't use blurred birds in my images.Lots of wasted shots because of blurred birds. Never again. Now i hope for birds.
@@David-i7b8y Yes, birds are great when they're sharp. But I often shoot at dusk, so I have to clone out the smudges!
