Hi friends! I pray your week's staring well 💕 Come for the thrifting and shop with me and stay for this mom's vintage modern style dreams! Let's to a home and decor haul and believe me when I say there's MORE where this came from (I'm breaking up lots of recent thrifting and antique hauls for more frugal lifestyle and some more expensive for less ideas), but this mama was running short on time! haha. Thank you for being here and please like the video (if you like the video!) and subscribe for more homemaking, thrifting and slow living content! Sending blessings to you and yours for the week ahead, Love always, Jamie, xoxo.
omgg the frames are so pretty, especially the second one its so vintage i love it! i love the simple yet characteristic pieces, they add so much to a room, i actually recently donated a copper mirror with a similar frame to one of our charity shops (it was beautiful, but we have so many vintage mirrors, and this one had so many little details that were a pain to clean with 5 cats compared to our other ones) and the manager of the store actually bought it for his new flat, funny how our old things can bring other people so much joy
Aw thank you Jade! That’s amazing, and I can completely relate to things being pretty but overtime need to be functional, which sometimes we only learn through using them in our own homes and it’s so worth it when pieces bring others joy too! 🤍 let me know what you find in your next thrifting excursion and I hope you find some lovely pieces xx
I shop at a few different ones, but we live in a small town in the north east of England so only have a very small British heart foundation, a Prince William’s trust and a Sense about to open up - and a YMCA that’s opened in the past year or two. It’s more about going often, I rarely go into any other stores at all, and being okay with just browsing as it helps to make the trips super quick when you can easily recognise new items and skim past things you’ve seen before! I have lived in areas with ‘better’ charity shops for sure, but overtime, I find even this is more than enough xx

Thank you so much Whit! Hope you're really well and having a wonderful start to your month!! ❤
Lovely vlog. I call those pottery cups goblets I have them in blue x
Thank you Lorraine!! That’s so helpful, haha. If it’s a goblet, I would say it’s for drinking rather than dessert haha. 🤍x
Whereabouts is the charity shop, what areas do you recommend for good charity shops ? Thanks
