Thanks for posting this. I just recently starting watching CCH episodes--had no idea they even survived--and am enjoying them immensely. Appreciate being able to hear Lewis talk about them like this.
I'm not sure if it was on the Colgate Comedy Hour or on another TV show but Abbott & Costello & Martin & Lewis appeared together.They switched partners & "Abbott & Lewis" did a comedy bit as did "Martin & Costello." How I would love to see that classic clip!
that wasn't filmed or not on tv., it was the opening of Abbott and Costello meet the Invisible Man for charity. Abbott performed "Who's on First" with Jerry Lewis.
I don't know why, but Jerry is one of the few people I could listen to talk all day.

No surprise at all the the Colgate Comedy Hour outdid Ed Sullivan in the ratings, those shows were awesome.
