      forex and stocks trading

      Day trading forex and stocks requires much education and the proper automated tools to give immediate information with the lowest risks of mistakes (such as tradingview with chartprime). Before you venture into to it, remove your emotions from the equations and trade virtually for months. Be honest with yourself. Start with $10 or $20 and be prepared to loose it over and over again. Yes, there is money to be made but many more people loose money in stocks and forex, than make a profit.

    My family is based abroad and earn USD but whenever we're in Manila I never ever assume I'm better off financially than the locals as there are a lot of very successful Filipinos. I laugh at people in Canada that earn $80K a year and suddenly they think they're better off than our fellow Pinoys back home.
    A good example is a guy I met in the gym this week at our new condo. Very low key but when we started chatting I found out his family owns several condos in our building. They also own presale condos all over Metro Manila which they flip for profit. They started with small condos in the beginning and moved up to large Luxury units. And the most amazing part - they buy all their condos in cash. I love stories like this as this shows you don't need to leave the Philippines to be financially successful. The money is out there, you just need to find your niche.

    Continuing from your previous franchise endeavor... these stories just proved that starting your own franchise is worth the trouble and risk as true freedom is gain in the end... unlike a franchisee, you are bound on the franchisor bureaucratic rules and regulation. Normally you took a business path to be financially free but you just probably swap/exchange your previous manager at work for another at your own expense just to be called free po.

    These are successful businesses from people I know:
    Cemetery - burial plots cost about 500,000 pesos. If you own acres of land, do the math as a coffin is not that big.
    Shipping - my friend started with one ship that transports construction materials. He now owns a fleet of ships to feed the never ending construction boom in Metro Manila
    Property Speculation - my friend buys lots behind commercial plots along busy roads. The lots behind are not as expensive as the ones along the road. He then tries to buy the plot in front and if he's successful the lot that he bought that was behind for cheap assumes the significantly higher value of the plot in front.
    My other friends owns hospitals and clinics that specifically cater to OFWs that need the required checkups before they go abroad

    What is the start up cost for all the business you mentioned? Any idea? Here is my suggestion. Since, the Almighty does not produce any more lands, the best investment OFWs should make is to invest in lands and properties. This is like saving money for a rainy day. You can sell it. Improve it. Or farm on it. Or live in it.

    • @salee_talks
      @salee_talks  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great suggestion! Investing in land is definitely a smart move as its value tends to appreciate over time, and there are many ways to utilize it, as you mentioned. Thank you for sharing your insight!

    MP2 pag ibig dividend rate pwede din, matutulog kalang, tax free pa. sa P10M mo, say 7% dividend that is about P58k/month, walang pagod, tulog ka lang sa iba dyan pwede din ito sa mga risk averse.

    Those businesses you had mentioned were great, but it was oversaturated already in the business circle. The stock market is the best place to invest and grow wealth if you have an extra money sitting in the bank. Investors utilizes their money where it grows, like buying stocks, and seldom buy things like expensive motorcycles, or fancy vehicles, which are not an assets but a liabilities. Assets make you money, while liabilities burn down your money. You see things differently if you invest in the stock market. There is a saying among investors that " you are going to be wealthy if you know how to make money while sleeping".

    • @salee_talks
      @salee_talks  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for your thoughtful insights. You’re absolutely right-investing in assets like stocks can be a powerful way to grow wealth over time, and it’s important to focus on things that bring value, not liabilities. I appreciate you sharing this wisdom with the community. It’s all about finding the right balance and making your money work for you, even while you sleep! Stay invested and keep building that wealth!

    I'm here in the Philippines and I would say it's much harder to have a profitable business than in the US. I can agree on the Funeral home...but who wants to do that? Pig and poultry farms are okay IF you have people you can trust for day to day operations and IF you have distribution contacts. And those are a very BIG IF here. Gas Station? yeah micro stations became a big deal here a couple years ago. With the right location maybe. I looked at several of those, read the contracts, and found that profit margin is so small. Not acceptable ROI for me. Rental Properties? Very expensive here in Manila. I own a home I bought many years ago so I am set there. I've since bought a couple commercial buildings but rents are relatively low compared to the capital investment so no great but does provide some income here. My rentals in the US provide a much better ROI but now it is hard to find additional ones there. If coming from somewhere just have to realize most people here barely get by as salaries are so small. 10 USD per day is typical. and necessities and not cheap so ........have to think about customers and what they can afford.

    Your stories are interesting, however, why not break down the “numbers” in a clear and easy to understand format?
    What are the profit margins in the businesses you mentioned? What are the break-even points? Is it a passive, or labor intensive business? What are the capital requirements? How many months or years before the owner can expect a return on investment?

    So basically, the first step to making most of these effortless businesses is.... to inherit a business. Too bad.
    I grew up with no parents and nothing to my name, so the things you recommended are very far fetched for people like me. Although, nakapagtayo naman ako ng business that caters to my needs and capacity, so oks lang naman.

    Sa lahat ng sinabi mo iyong gasoline lang ang may big possibility na talagang mabilis na babalik ang pera mo. Kaso mga 3 to 5 years pa babalik iyong pera mo depende sa location at kung ikaw lang ang may gasoline sa lugar nyo. Sa probinsiya mo lang maitatayo iyan gasoline na yan dahil mas afforrdable para sa mga nag-uumpisang magnegosyo. I rather use that money to sell online or dropshipping, maliit lang puhunan.
