आले - ginger 2 inch
कोथिंबीर - coriander leaves
कांदे - onions 4
तीळ - sesame seeds 2 tbsp
खसखस - poppy seeds 2 tbsp
धने पावडर - coriander powder 1 .5 tbsp
जीरे पावडर - cumin powder 1 tbsp
गरम मसाला - garam masala 1 tbsp
तेल - oil 4 tbsp
कांदा लसूण मसाला - kanda lasun masala 2 tbsp
काश्मिरी मिरची पावडर - kashmiri mirch powder 1 tbsp
