SafetySuit gave one of the best concerts my husabnd and I ever went to. Two weeks after he died, I was sitting in a Hard Rock Cafe with our two small children and this video came up on the screen. I'd never heard it before.My world was in a million pieces, and I felt like this song was written just for me. Thursday will be a year since he died. I know now, a year later, that this song is SO very true. These times will pass. Our family is ok. I am ok. My children are ok. Thank you, SafetySuit.

I had to google a list of all alt rock bands in alphabetical order and comb over it to search for the name of the band who sang a song back in 2012 that I listened to on repeat in the art building of my college campus while I worked all night on a project due the next day. I have been trying to remember it for years but couldn't think of how to look for it, but as soon as I got to "S" and saw SafetySuit it finally clicked! I am so happy now. Needed to share. This song rocks.
I lost my older sister when I was 11, my mum when I was 17, my dad when I was 25 and my step-mum when I was 26. 4 days ago I left my boyfriend whom I loved so dearly because I caught him cheating. Even after sending the breakup email until now, he hasn't responded, not even for an apology, and I doubt if he ever will. Despite the hard times that I've been having, I forever thank Allah for making me strong and patient. Without His help and guidance, I am nothing.

Still brings a tear to my eye, "discovered" the song and the band about six years ago when I'd just been diagnosed with cancer; became my "anthem" for the next 4/5 months of fairly horrific surgeries, radio and chemotherapies; and I'm still here (obviously). I now work for a cancer charity and often point this out to people who are now where I was at then.
How can ANYONE dislike this? SafetySuit's music is superior to pretty much anything. The way it's written, sound contrast, lyrics, meaning, expression, relativity and more. Plus it ALL good. Every song from the album. The replay value is pretty much unlimited, and it's CLEAN. There aren't many bands that still have all of these musical traits. This song made me think of the good in life. My grandpa passed, then a few months later my grandma. I just started to see my grandpa but i loved him a lot, then i heard he was gone, i was devastated. A few months later my grandma came to live with us and i loved her very much also, she went back to Florida to help my uncle and his soon to be born baby. She passed, it was another blow. I went to Florida for her funeral, but i got to see my new born baby cousin a few days after the funeral.

Hey I am just a teen girl. I don't have self harm problems, never been abused never done drugs .I live a great life and I feel like a big baby for saying this but my Mom recently right broke her arm while I was at a concert. I feel like it was my fault because if I wouldn't have gone to the concert it never would have happened. Could you please pray for her and that he arm heals great and she can move it normally soon?
I lost my best friend Aaron to leukimia. He was great. He loved everyone and always was nice. I never met someone that was as awesome as him. He was about 13 when he died. He is always in my prayers and i will never forget him. R.I.P bro.

Hey I know I already put a message on here but Please read this one to! A few days ago my friend overdosed on sleeping pills! Luckily she told someone that she felt funny and they brought her to the hospital! She is just getting out today. I was so scared for her when she wasn't answering! She is depressed and has bulimia.. Please pray for her!! She needs it more then I do!
Just remember, it's when you are at your lowest point in your life, is when you true character is put to the test! do you father proud and raise that child to become something great, it's not going to be ease, and nobody promised you it would be, but you'll get through it :)
I'm not allowed to speak to my girlfriend. I know it isn't such a huge deal, it's definitely not cancer, but it's pretty bad. I'm 20 years old, and since I'm in school I live with my mother, who has grounded me. She is keeping me from seeing or speaking to my girlfriend. No one gets it thought. my grandfather just died this morning. Were in the middle of layaway in Hawaii to the Philippines for vacation to see my cousins, i haven't seen them in 20 years. Now were ready to go back home tonight and the expenses are high. Also, were gonna be in Illinois sometimes this week and family problems are high within each other. This song made me think of the good in life. My grandpa passed, then a few months later my grandma. I just started to see my grandpa but i loved him a lot, then i heard he was gone, i was devastated. A few months later my grandma came to live with us and i loved her very much also, she went back to Florida to help my uncle and his soon to be born baby. She passed, it was another blow. I went to Florida for her funeral, but i got to see my new born baby cousin a few days after the funeral.

Hey I am just a teen girl. I don't have self harm problems, never been abused never done drugs .I live a great life and I feel like a big baby for saying this but my Mom recently right broke her arm while I was at a concert. I feel like it was my fault because if I wouldn't have gone to the concert it never would have happened. Could you please pray for her and that he arm heals great and she can move it normally soon?

I lost my best friend Aaron to leukimia. He was great. He loved everyone and always was nice. I never met someone that was as awesome as him. He was about 13 when he died. He is always in my prayers and i will never forget him. R.I.P bro.

Hey I know I already put a message on here but Please read this one to! A few days ago my friend overdosed on sleeping pills! Luckily she told someone that she felt funny and they brought her to the hospital! She is just getting out today. I was so scared for her when she wasn't answering! She is depressed and has bulimia.. I'm not allowed to speak to my girlfriend. I know it isn't such a huge deal, it's definitely not cancer, but it's pretty bad. I'm 20 years old, and since I'm in school I live with my mother, who has grounded me. She is keeping me from seeing or speaking to my girlfriend. No one gets it thought. She is so much more than my girlfriend. She is my best friend. My rock. My confidant. My freedom. My happy. My alarm clock. My routine. My everything. This is one of our favorite SafetySuit songs. It's so hard to push through this, but I have to believe that one day, I'll be back to her. They will pass.

my grandfather just died this morning. Were in the middle of layaway in Hawaii to the Philippines for vacation to see my cousins, i haven't seen them in 20 years. Now were ready to go back home tonight and the expenses are high. Also, were gonna be in Illinois sometimes this week and family problems are high within each other. However, this song is helping me alot along with caring close family and friends there by us.Now, is the time for our whole family hold our heads up for our grandfather.

When I saw the guy holding the sign saying my dad has Multiple Sclerosis, I about fell off my chair. I, too, have Multiple Sclerosis and I feel exactly what the lyrics of your song say.
