So the cake is frozen when she's cutting it, I get that. But why doesn't she have a hair net on? That's the best way to get hair in what you're preparing. I know I've got long hair, I can have it pulled back in a bun on the back of my head and sometimes a hair will still find is easy into what I'm cooking. Then she gloves her hands, but then touches things that I would think are not going to be that clean and then she keeps the same gloves on. Just saying these are the things I would be very precautious about. If I go to buy meat or something I have to ask someone to get for me and they're not wearing as clean pair if gloves and something to cover their head, I won't buy it.
It doesn’t add any additional moisture to the cake. For the roses made with buttercream, the butter just comes back to smooth room temperature and the buttercream outside locks the cake moisture and texture inside
I think it would have been a little easier to layer the cake and trim them together at the same time before frosting. You did a great job showing us how to do this.👏

Sicuro! le rose sono fatte con crema al burro. e poi congelato per 10 minuti. in questo modo il burro della crema al burro si indurirà e potremo maneggiare facilmente le rose e posizionarle come desideriamo

@tinac945 I know right! So rude! Do people not know Kroger and Walmart have frozen cakes too? They do soften up when thawed. I think she did amazing!
