I went to St John’s way back in the 70’s (recently retired) and stayed for a year to enjoy the town. It’s my favorite city in the country. Too bad real estate prices are so high. I’ll probably opt for Farmington.

Good stuff guys. I didn’t realize a realtor can’t discuss neighborhood safety. We have a few years before we can move to SF, so plenty of time for research.
Yeah, there’s quite a bit we have to be careful about talking about to avoid violating Fair Housing rules. Even though crime rates are information that can be publicly found, the Fair Housing Act prohibits us from talking about it specifically. But we can point to sources of info for people to come to their own conclusions.
We’re going to do deep dives into Santa Fe neighborhoods pretty soon.
What about geckos and house wall lizards ?
Are they present in and around houses?
Geckos no. But ordinary lizards, yea. They’re everywhere. They stay mostly outside, every once in awhile one will find it’s way inside. Not a major issue though.
