One tip, You used actual Bay leaves that is Laurel Bay which has a very different taste and aroma profile as opposed to the Tamaal (Indian Bay) which are unrelated species. I'd suggest you to try adding that to the mix, as well as dried Tulsi.
Thanks for the tip. Yes to the Bay leaf. The Indian Bay I had was pretty stale so I used Laurel Bay but I'll try to get some good ones for next time. I couldn't find dried Tulsi but I'll check a different Indian grocery store next time. Thanks for watching and the tips. 🙏🏼
