I think Patrick comes from generations of sailors because he's the captain of boat pose. It's the best core pose that I avoid but should do more of. I have come to really appreciate it. Great practice as always! 💛✌🏼

🙏🏽 I can ski days on end with little issue. One work out on the legs and they are filled with inflexible cables. This practice was the perfect solution and one I will continually come back to. You are so very much appreciated. ❤

This was great however I cant hinge forward at all in the seated poses or even attempt to lift my straightened leg. Is there anything I can do to improve this?
Hey can u so one for the anterior chain especially for persons who spend so many hours of the day in flexed position such as sitting (trunk flexion, hip flexion and knee flexion). The only thing I do really to release is the Cobra pose or the quads stretch. But I would really appreciate like a full session where I stretch and relax my anterior muscles
