Nicely done! I’m impressed at your first project and I hope it built confidence for you to do many more! Only thing I’d add to this is sanding. Sanding your wood always makes for a much more beautiful finish, even though it’s a massive pain in the neck!
Wow so glad I found your video! I lost all hope with looking up ways to do this WITHOUT using sheets of plywood and WITHOUT having to find all the wall studs! It looks great and I can’t wait to start doing my hallway. Thanks again for making this video and letting me prove to my husband that it is possible 😝
This looks great! This tutorial feels super relatable. So many videos like this involve lots of tools that feel like a lot for a beginner or someone getting started so appreciate this video 🙏🏿
You did a fabulous Job! I just finished building a treehouse clubhouse playground for my 13 kids. I am pretty handy; however, was needing some ideas and know-hows for my foyer. Your page helped me out tremendously. Thank you!
Since I have no tools such saw and an electric gun that I've seen people use on other TH-cam videos, I find this one to be the most realistic tutorial for me. The result looks fantastic!
Love it girl! You did awesome and thanks for making the steps simple for us. One thing I’d recommend is sanding the wood a bit before painting to get the texture out prior to painting.
Great job! I really wanna try this project!! Love that you didn't have a brad nailer or compressor or any fancy tools- just determination and arm strength! Way to get it done!!!!
Great video! I'd suggest using wood filler and sandpaper to join the boards more seamlessly and also to fill any cracks and dings the wood has, then paint.
This is beautiful! I am so excited I found this video , I cannot wait to do this ! I sure hope mine turns out as good as yours! You should be very proud ! ❤️
Very nice...Question, how do you transition the bottom horizontal board on the edge of the baseboard? Does the bottom board over hang the baseboard. Thank you.
This looks awesome! I have a wall just like this. I have a coat closert directly across from my front door so I'm not sure if this would be considered practical by yuppy standards. Do you have a coat closet?
Dumb question. I want to do one wall on my entryway and one,in one of the bathrooms, my husband says I have to do it on all the house or otherwise is gonna look weird. Is it true??
Personally i think if you do all your house won't look good. But there are people who do it. It depends on preference. But you can only do one wall that is the focus of the room

Go gyrl! I am excited about this because I've been wanting to do this, and you found a way to get it done on my budget! Thank you for sharing!
Put the level alongside the board - not on top of it. You will get a more accurate measurement. @2:08
Beautiful! You did a great job!
It looks so good!
Looks great!
You make that look so easy. It’s looks amazing!!
One thing I would add is use screws over nails as it's easier to remove later.
Awesome job.
As always, I’m Inspired ! 🙌🏾
Great Job!
Oh wow! Amazing job✨
What’s the spacing in between the vertical pieces?
Very nice...Question, how do you transition the bottom horizontal board on the edge of the baseboard? Does the bottom board over hang the baseboard. Thank you.

What were the dimensions of the wall space you started with?
So what are the exact measurements to tell Home Depot?
Where did you get the hooks from?
Looks great
What kind of wood?

This girl is a keeper😍🙏
What was the total height? Do you have the measurements for all the wood pieces?
What's the color paint on your wall?
Love it. I'm starting my project today. Thanks for this video.
Was your wall textured?
I have seen this done on smooth and textured walls. Check out mama from scratch. She did hers on textured walls.
Nice
Awesome
Thanks
Very nice👍
Did you have any issues with a textured wall (orange peel)?
Really nice
