I don’t make a lot of money I’m on Social Security and poor but people who get mad about people who have nice things or nicer things and they do are just jealous I’m just blessed to have a roof over my head I worked in restaurants and fast food places for 21 years. That’s all I could do because I am a slow learner but I don’t get all jealous because somebody has better stuff than I do she has the right to have nice things she worked hard for them. Love your apartment!! You should try incorporating local art into your place instead of buy mass produced pieces!! I started getting into local art a few months ago and it feels so good to have have someone’s art hanging in my room and I get to support someone’s business as well !!!

Loved the tour, you have a beautiful and inviting home :) The money tree in your bedroom should avoid any direct sunlight btw. I have two money trees, and one of them started to look like it was dying so I moved it to a darker space of my patio and it is now revitalized!

The plant you asked for advice on is a money tree. Let it dry out between waterings because the twisted trunk holds a lot of moisture and you don't want to risk root rot by overwatering it.
