You should do a switchable exhaust with flaps so that whenever you want, u can open up a 2nd exhaust pipes that go out the sides of the car and have all the awesome sound!

yo lol i dont think you noticed this but you took quite a bit of weight off the car when you straight pipe it so it will go quicker that's why most race cars are straight piped bc its less weight added to the car so you kinda did some performance upgrades and sound upgrades to that shelby gt500
I straight piped my 2018 Ford mustang GT I remove the suitcase and mufflers and went with dual quad 4 inch outlet MBPR it’s the best decision I ever made I’m so happy with the car

make sure if you port the blower and delete cats to get a tune or you lose boost and it equals out power instead of assing power until you tune to get the power

got a buddy with almost strait pipe 19 mustang GT just corsa extreme mullflers no cats and its loud af and I got to say the audio does not do its justice.
The tone of the exhaust remained similar but you could tell it was louder. I can only wonder what a proper exhaust would do. I think the car is destined to be an obnoxious race car. I think you should do it!
