Very informative brother thanks a lot for this video.........From my side i just want to ask the question regarding my FZs Version2 bike. The issues what i'm facing is that my bike is starting when i press on the self start. However, while accelerating the engine starts to turn off. As i have checked some of the parts such as fuel pump, fuel injection, RR unit, CDI choir, spark plug etc, all these things are ok bro...Questioning that does the ignition choir can be happen like that? What will be your recommendation?. Hoping you to get some response. Thank You.
It can be a issue of fuel or spark. Check if your injector spray as it should. Test ignition coil using multimeter if measurements are within specs. Check the resistance of spark plug cap and of spark plug to see if within spec. If all ok with spark part and also checked injector and have cleaned throttle body. then start checking all the sensors if they are within specs. Hope this will resolve the issue.
Have you faced rain water entering in tank as mine fz25 has symptoms like that so planing to do also the fi is cleaned from service center before 500 kms so I suppose that

Sir, I face very much jerking problem in my fz25 even though it had 3 to 4 liters of petrol. Earlier this problem was not there and it jerk after running 40 to 45 km in reserve mode. Now it start to jerk soo much without getting in reserve mode. Can you tell me what will be the problem?
@@LifeofPal Yes I tried purchasing it from Yamaha but they told you will get it with fuel pump only......Luckily got one in local spare parts store for 500rs after searching for 2 days
@@LifeofPal but my fuel filter clip got misplaced and I think that I wont get from outside, any idea if fuel pump filter comes out of its place automatically after some time?
Good for you that you got outside. Cant say for sure if that can run without clip. Check if thats tight enough by itself and if you think it won't come out go without it otherwise if you have any doubt. Then you can try any jugaad like glue gun would fix it and its easily removable without damaging. Let me know what you did.

Fuel filter is dirty probably check that first then clean injector
At what km we should clean fuel filter? Never cleaned it. 45000km done

Experience. It is not mandate to have torque wrench many many people don't use it because its costly. Even service center don't use it.
