That's normal that's how it is there's no issue in that.

Sir yehi model mei 6 din pehle lia hu suru me 4 , 5 Din achcha thanda ho raha tha . Lekin do din se thanda bahut kam ho raha hai. AC ko jab band karta hu to Usme upper baye tharaf soft Dry nam ka kuch likha hua dikhata hai kuch second ka bad autometekally hat jata hai.kya koi button galati se dab gia hai . Jiske bajaha se thik se thanda nahi ho raha hai jabki AC ko cool mode me 20 21 me chalata hu please sirji bataiye kya solution hai iska.

Explain the colour of the indicator like green white and yellow in the ac body
Green is when u have temperature between 24 to 27 degree as that's optimum temprature.
Blue light is for temprature between 16 to 23 degree as that's cold temperature.
Red light is for temprature 28 degree and above as it's warm temprature.
That was for Ambience lights!
Now,
The small orange light is for on n off.
The next light is if you have any auto open or auto close timer on.
The next light is for the filter unit to clen the filter which you don't have to do in the first year of buying the AC as said by the company.

Ac is not cooling for 1 hour in super cool mode
Don't use Super Cool option directly because it will damage it's compressor if you need super cool then 5mins-10mins keep the AC in normal mode after that change it to super cool then it will cool instantly

Hi. I just bought this 14 days ago and everything was going fine.
Par kalse ek baar light chali gayi thi toh main powe se ac off hua tha uske baad on kiya tabse ab jab bhi remote se on karti hun hamesha 24 degree pe he on hota hai aur minimum fan speed.
Halaki hamara ac jab bhi hum off karke wapas on karte hai remote se toh hamesha last time use kiya hota hai wahi temprature aur fan speed se khulta tha pehle.
Par ab jab bhi off karke fir kabhi on karti hun toh last jis speed pe tha uspe nahi balki 24 degree pe he on hota hai. Aisa kyun ho raha hai??

@@airsolution6991 hello there brother maine apka comment aj dekha par abhi tak humari baatein hui customer care se jinhone repair wale ko bhjiwaya gharpe jo aye the unko problem ye wali smjh nhi ayi thi unhone bola ke agle din batayenge.
Fir agle din baat karne pe wo kehte hai ke aisa he chalta hai ab naye AC aur koi gadbadi nahi hai. Hume unki baat theek nahi lagi toh humne unse aur baat nahi kiya kyunki ac humesha last temprature hota hai uspe chalta hai.
Fir Humne croma me enquiry ki aur company se direct contact Kiya jahan se pata chala ke new year se ab naye jo bhi AC ban rahe hai wo ab 24 degree pe he shuru honge.
Baki ke settings jaise ke silent mode ya fan speed sab same rahega dubara on karne pe par agar last me humne temprature below 24 degree rakha hai toh 24 degree pe on hoga dubara on kiya toh.
Par agar temprature 24 ya above 24 rakha toh wahi temprature pe on hoga. Mtlb ke agar below 24 degree rakhenge tabhi 24 pe on hoga warna agar above 24 degree pe use karenge toh last wale temprature pe he khulega. Baki ki settings toh sab time pe same he rahegi.
Toh humne is baat ko cross check kiya aur wo sahi tha. Practically bhi karke dekha sahi tha.
Fir humne pucha ke raat ko 17 degree karle soye aur light chali gayi fir dubara light ayegi tab 24 pe on hoga tab toh hum garmi se mar jayenge ligjt jaane pe kya hoga wo batao toh unhone kaha ke light chali jayegi aur bich me he ruk jayega toh light ane pe 17 pe rakha tha toh 17 pe he on hoga. Jo 24 wala hai wo toh khudse by remote off karne pe waisa hoga.
Wo bhi humne apne ghar ka main switch on karke off karke dekha jis trh power cut hota hai usi tarah toh 18 degree pe rakha tha toh 18 pe he on hua.
Toh problem resolve ho gyi humari.
Humare ac ko liye hardly 24 din hue hai aur 1st of April isi month ne install kiya hai 23 din pehle aur hitachi ka kiroya model hai 1.5 tonn ka 5star latest. Aur maybe ye isi saal ka model ha isiliye ispe ab new rule chalta hai
Koi bhi company ho not just Hitachi toh naye model ke AC me waisa he higa kyunki ye govt ka order hai.
Humari problem solve ho gayi par fir bhi socha ke aapko ye bata du taaki agar koi aur apse puche toh aapko pata ho aur ap itne helpful the meri help kar rahe the toh mera farz banta hai apko ye baat batai jaye.
