This is a build that holds up incredibly well for coming out in 2002. I can't think of another set from that year's Lego Star Wars lineup that holds up as well.

I believe North America and Europe always had and still have different places where they manufacture minifigures or even entire sets still got one of my original Phase 1 clones and a Stormtrooper helmet of the same vintage here and the printing is crisp and even. I notice the same even today when Jang or you review modern clones/troopers and show them in detail, the printing in North America just seems to be kinda faded and "fuzzy" at times when all the hundreds of clones and troopers I got the past few years never have that issue and the printing is always crisp and edges clean Some centering issues still remain even with euro figures, though

In the "lego star wars" universe he is. Basically Lego made a random unnamed Jedi in the set instead of giving us an actual character from the movie and the scene like Yoda, Mace Windu, etc. While it was a really odd move, he became super popular in the community to the point he got an official name from Lego and is getting rereleased in his own set August 1st!

I actually think that this is the best Republic Gunship. It's both the LAAT and LAAT/C along with a mobile base. It's a 3-in-1 set.
