Fun fact: they actually have the Best Space Navy out of all the other factions thanks to that versatility And diverse specialization that's more spread out and when used by good strategists, It's nearly unstoppable, which again can also beat the Empire. This really feels more in line with the orginal trilogy, like the jedi doing a failed coup against a corrupt government, only for it to become even worse over time.
this turned out a LOT better then i expected. genuinely, this is by far my favorite What If scenario so far outside of the "what if the Sith Empire returned" one.

If the Jedi allowed attachments then the Corellian Jedi wouldn't have been made or at least would not take their current shape, and they would probably have a lot less Fallen Jedi and Sith to contend with. Plus this would play a huge factor in Anakin remaining loyal to the Jedi.
Grievous actually had state of the art cybernetics. At least they were state of the art during the time period he lived in. If he lived 20 years later into what would’ve been the end of the Imperial Era in canon then Greivous might’ve been upgraded
@@TheUncivilizedNation Yeah but Anakin is a bit of a genius in terms of mechanics. He’s one of the few people who would actually be able to upgrade “state of the art” cybernetics.
That's something that I don't get in the prequels, Palpatine is painted to be a change of the status quo in the galaxy, but instead the galaxy is in a worse place and he keeps being elected?
The overall galaxy is a bad place because the outer and mid-rim were so much worse off then the core. To my knowledge there was a lot of change in the core worlds.
You just need support from a couple of senators to be re-elected. He had a plan for a war, so republic probably still neglected the planets of outer and mid rim under his leadership, and palpatine just needed favor from core worlds in order to stay in place. Besides, "war on corruption" is not always in line with public interests. And sometimes it's even done to outshine your own corruption schemes, which can be VERY successful if you're the head of the government. Where else did the palpatine had all the money to fund all his projects? Definitely not from his senator's salary.
This is a good what if, it changed the entire landscape. Next maybe do what if the jedi were the ones in hiding in the phantom menace? Yoda and duku saving people like batman in a sith empire
Best video I've ever seen! Why? Because peace was restored to the galaxy, the Jedi are not destroyed, Dooku turned away from the Sith, and Anakin, by leading the assault that killed Palpatine, brought balance to the Force! 100% ❤ it!
This is so good ! You have to be the ones who makes the reduction of the clone wars . I only wished if there were a commando droid who will be replacing Rex and the other clones !
What if anakin was piloting before attack of the clones and sensed ventress fall to the darkside as her master died and took his ship to the planet to investigate. Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories. Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself. What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder. What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia. What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance. What if oppo rancis trained anakin. What if anakin met and fell in love with ventress just before the clone wars just after her masters death. What if anakin became a jedi sentinel like a watchmen or one of those who find younglings. What if evan piel became a mentor or second master to anakin. Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme , they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.
Kenobi and Ventress having a "relationship" was strangely fitting as in the series whenever they met I was wondering if anyone should simply ask: "Do you two wish to be alone?"...
the CIS were pretty much inarguably the "good guys" from an objective perspective: they were pretty much "Big Business: the faction" so it is easy to vilify them in-setting let alone as the guy writing the script but their entire business model was to profit from facilitating _everyone's_ prosperity "a rising tide raises all ships" style, largely through facilitating effective resource distribution and investing their profits into long term infrastructure. that whole separatist war? it was because the republic was not only refusing to do their damned jobs but actively *supporting* the fact that their society had fallen to the point where the single most common profession in the galaxy was either making a professional career out of armed robbery or being a slave depending on whether you considered [slave] to be a profession or not. as for the sith side of things? Dooku *very* much was *not* the good guy to the point where if he were real he would be one of the few people that imagines themselves as the villain in their own story, he liked looking all dignified and aristocratic for the exact same reason he liked making people suffer and watching worlds burn: he liked feeling like he was better than others and that was pretty much the totality of his motivation structure and changing that would require so much of a change at so fundamental a level that it might as well be a completely different character at that point (a one dimensional villain only has 1 dimension to change afterall)...Sideous on the other hand arguably _was_ a "good guy": his goal was breaking up the stagnation caused by the jedi and sith and hopefully leaving the galaxy with it's first chance in something like 20000 years to become something other than a hellhole to live in...problem is his chosen method for doing that was to do his damnedest to make anything associated with the force _or_ any of the methods of government that it had infected as evil as possible within the general knowledge of the galactic community. IE: he was doing very bad things for very good reasons, it is mostly questionable because his entire plan basically amounted to be cartoonishly evil for as long as possible and hope things get better after they finally kill you for it, he had no plan for the "hope things get better" part because he did not trust himself to have any influence over it. Sidious was on the short list of force users who had a broad enough perspective and enough self awareness to twig onto just how cyclic and stagnant and overall horrible everything was and just how much influence The Force had in *making* it that way, in most of their cases this leads to the individual coming to believe that The Force itself is inherently malevolent and attempting to plot against The Force itself which ends up going about as well as you might expect but in Sidious's case he actually got the chance to study enough about the various force-based organizations that the jedi and sith had gone all *EXTERMINATE THE HEATHENS!!!!!* on and come to the conclusion that while the force _might_ be actively malevolent it is more likely that it is fairly passive and simply being deeply affected by the people that are connected to it and it just so happened that for the last 15000 years that was almost exclusively two sides of the same broken dysfunctional toxic "little" cult and their cancerous philosophies.
@@XenoTechnian oh don't get me wrong they did plenty wrong, they *are* a subculture that idolizes amoral decision making with most of their members being of a species with some heavy "Orange And Blue Morality" going on. I'm just saying that both their goals and motivations were weirdly altruistic for a faction that cares about nothing other than making money, they are utterly and completely selfish the "trick" to that is that being utterly selfish coupled with being even a little bit wise and/or long-term-oriented means that you rapidly end up wanting to make life better for everyone. the idea only sounds so alien to us because the vast VAST majority of power structures in human society care far more about sabotaging other power structures than embetterment of the whole situation or even just their own situation.
This was a fantastic story, thank you for writing and reading it. I loved the political games, the philosophical debates, the space battles and the droid army used in a positive light. You're one of the only authors who write stories with the latter two, and while others might include a space battle, no-one else writes droid stories (this being the 3rd). With the inclusion of featuring Oppo, you would have won me over, but this story was so inclusive with so many characters, senators and Jedi alike that never felt too many, and often just the right nod to where they fit. I also enjoyed the evolution of Dooku, not dismissing his wrong doings like the murders he committed, but not lingering on them either. From beginning to end, it was a very captivating story that had its tragedies and triumphs with an overall positive ending that was an incredible journey to get to.
i'm not really sure if grievous would fight alongside the jedi given that he hated them for not helping his planet in the fight against that bug species and he also blames them for becoming a cyborg. cool story though and i wish it could be explored further.
l would like you to get these video ideas please: 1. What if Padme saved Anakin from Count Dooku?(I mean when he was traded for General Grievous.) 2. What if Palpatine received the list of force-sensitive children? 3. What if Padme won the vote against Palpatine and became chancellor? 4. What if Padme Amidala was a Sith Descendant? (However, she will not defend Sith and will be force sensitive.) 5. What if Padme Amidala had been discovered and trained by Anakin to be force sensitive during the Clone Wars? 6.What if Darth Momin killed Darth Vader? 7. What if Anakin had not gone to save Palpatine but Palpatine had killed Mace Windu? 8.What if there was Tom and Jerry(Cartoon Characters) in the Star Wars universe? 9.What if Padme Amidala started thinking just like Anakin as a result of the clone wars (good things about the Empire). 10.What if Bugs Bunny and other cute heroes were in the Star Wars universe?
This was surprisingly wholesome I liked it a lot actually keep doing this this is amazing work I'm incredibly impressed at what you're able to produce the next step in your production should be maybe finding someone to create animated content for the parts you can't use images for just a thought awesome story lines every time keep it up 😁👏😁
Great what if story. What caught my attention was the referral of Jedis as being “expert warriors” despite them supposed to be peacekeepers (Qui Gon sure didn’t like to be called a warrior), and overlooking Ventress wielding red lightsabers. It makes me think that the Jedi could pick whichever side they want, do what’s right, and they’d still be blind to everything that’s wrong all around them. Very fitting 😂. Also nice parallel of Dooku taking Palpatine’s place as an “Unsuspecting Figure of Good Intentions but secretly holds power over the Dark Side”.
You got to feel awful for the clones. It was bad enough that they were forced to kill the Jedis in canon, many of them they were close friends with and fought side by side. Here, they were forced to turn on the people they were sworn to protect. Can’t imagine how many of them tried so hard to resist but failed to.
Neat what-if story, it’s interesting to see Anakin & Obi-Wan teaming with Grievous & Asajj, heck it’s also REALLY interesting to see the Jedi fighting alongside the droid army!! Also try doing….what if Padme became half droid, just for shock and almost graphic purposes lol
Don't know if you covered this idea already but what if the jedi had a schism and half of the order fought for the cis and the other side fought for the republic....
1) would probably end in the empires falling apart at a rapit place, the empire was practically built around palpatine, so his loss would cause the empire to fall apart especially if this is post death star , essentially the fained stability palpatine provided would be gone and sidius loyalists would start considering tarken a traitor and now hes has rebels and a mutiny to deal with
@maverickdarkrath4780 maybe. In my head, I thought tarken my just double down on the imperial navy and follow the tarken doctoren, except he would probably be even tougher on the rebels.

That's something that I don't get in the prequels, Palpatine is painted to be a change of the status quo in the galaxy, but instead the galaxy is in a worse place and he keeps being elected?
Banking clans were funding everything
The overall galaxy is a bad place because the outer and mid-rim were so much worse off then the core. To my knowledge there was a lot of change in the core worlds.
Have you seen any modern politics? This is unfortunately VERY realistic

Everyone loses but them
Kenobi and Ventress having a "relationship" was strangely fitting as in the series whenever they met I was wondering if anyone should simply ask: "Do you two wish to be alone?"...
Absolutley fantastic, always love seeing Dooku be a good guy
the CIS were pretty much inarguably the "good guys" from an objective perspective: they were pretty much "Big Business: the faction" so it is easy to vilify them in-setting let alone as the guy writing the script but their entire business model was to profit from facilitating _everyone's_ prosperity "a rising tide raises all ships" style, largely through facilitating effective resource distribution and investing their profits into long term infrastructure. that whole separatist war? it was because the republic was not only refusing to do their damned jobs but actively *supporting* the fact that their society had fallen to the point where the single most common profession in the galaxy was either making a professional career out of armed robbery or being a slave depending on whether you considered [slave] to be a profession or not.
as for the sith side of things?
@@evernewb2073 oh buddy im right þere wiþ you, i take my “CIS did noþing wrong” copium on a nearly daily basis

This is one of my favorite what if's that I've ever seen/listened to from your channel--kudos!

You got to feel awful for the clones. It was bad enough that they were forced to kill the Jedis in canon, many of them they were close friends with and fought side by side. Here, they were forced to turn on the people they were sworn to protect. Can’t imagine how many of them tried so hard to resist but failed to.

Two ideas
1) What if Tarkin overthrew Palpatine and became a military dictator.
2) What if Doku left and formed his own jedi order in the outer rim.
