I think I'm very systematic. Because I would never do a job without brushing and grinding the piece, and I would also check the measurements with a square and remake all the tip of the arm with new and quality metals.
I don't know how they can weld over shit, it takes a few minutes to clean the job up ready for welding. I've used mig welders for years and it's alien to me to start welding anything that isn't shiny

Mmm, poor job.. Should clean and grind the edges at least, the torn ending of the arm wasn't fixed, wearing sunglasses for welding, throwing everything in dirt and sand, wearing flipflops... I can't stand this. Besides the repair won't last long, possibly a couple of days.
Here am I thinking I had seen all the worst welding of trucks and plant machinery on another very similar channel based in a country not far from you guys. However, they do at least grind the metal clean a bit, have a sort of welding mask and have some skills. As much as I do like indian food, tea and such like, I don't like your wleding or repairs. Very interesting video, for all the wrong reasons. The uploader should buy these guys some safety gear from his earnings from these videos.
There is not much to improve because the metal was already deteriorated at one end, not because too much force from use, so they welded on the good end. They didn’t need to clean much because they heated and banged up the area so as long as the bare metal is touching that is good enough
