Its early MW2005 cop speech. Cops werent meant for UG2. Most Wanted development was just overlapping with ug2 and started after UG1 was released.
Cops were actually meant for UG2 but certain car manufacturers (*coughs Honda) didnt want their vehicles involved with police chases so they got rid of the cops

Nah, they really were about to add cops into NFSU2. They were featured in 2003 early builds, but footage of that is lost

no xd, son audios de una versión muy temprana del most wanted, de hecho creo que most wanted iba a salir justo después del underground 1 y underground 2 en 2005 (los 3 juegos estaban siendo desarrollados casi al mismo tiempo, ug1 y ug2 en conjunto y mw casi terminando el desarrollo de ug1), pero debido al exito del primer underground tubieron que adelantar el desarrollo de underground 2 para que salga en 2004 y atrasar most wanted

@@pradhanasurya8004 Yeah, but they were meant for Most Wanted, they were being developed at the same timeframe
@@marshallalexander8228 They are kinda for both games, NFSU2 was meant to be the "first" NFS with Cops, but a certain manufacture didn't want police chasing their VTEC machine around, it was already hard to do it since other Asian companies were strict after U1 success influencing on illegal street races
@@clowncore ug2 was built from early MW's remains. MW was in development after ug1.
