😂 bro it is meant to be! Skip the begginer course's and go straight to legend! For real thigh this is a great exercise just slow it down. It may take u 6 months to even get near this speed but keep repeating this atleast 4 days a week and gradually speed up each time. This is great for stick control, accuracy and speed 🫡🫡

It is a great exercise man. It don't matter how long u have played, there are so many tricks and exercises/warmups to help with your speed and accuracy. Stick with it champ🫡🫡
