I like my peel unperforated personally. Even for pizzas, I just be careful about how much flour or cornmeal there is, and brush off the stone between pizzas.
The precast dome is 100mm thick and both perform the same, brick takes a day longer to build and bricks will not crack like a precast might if not maintained correctly.
@@PatrickGuerrisi If you send me your email, I can invoice you and post out the Alfa 4 piece tool set $399 (come in a box with extendable handles) but I dont have just the long handle turning peels in stock and they are too long to post.
Thank you
So helpful. Thanks heaps 🤙
Excellent video thanks. Just what I needed to know.
Roberto great video thank you! I’m wondering if you know if the rotating grill plate fit into the Alfa Ciao? Thanks
Yes it just fits the Ciao but not the 5 Minuti.
Great video - Have you ever come across a brush that has no wood construction?
Hi. No I have not but it would make sense for a pizza oven.

Thanks Roberto!
You know very well what you speak about!
Lol.you could also use the wood rack to cool steak
Great video - would you recommend the precast oven over the brick variant from Sydney Firebricks?

Hi Roberto. Where can I get the swivel tools from?
Hi patrick, I sell them in Melbourne or you can look up pizza turning peel online.
@@pizzaovens-fornieri can I order from your online store?

@@pizzaovens-fornieri that's a bit expensive for me. I was just after the rotatable broom
@@PatrickGuerrisi No problem, have a look online and beware of any brooms because the wire bristles can fall off and end up in your food.
Great vid...thanks
May I check out your ovens and make pizza with you when I come to Melbourne? 😳 After my quarantine of course
You are welcome to come and visit our site anytime, let me know when you are in Melbourne, thank you.
