Hi...what is the speed that u used to cut the mdf with that endmill...i have some endmill like that but when i cut wood with the tip of endmill is black...i think is too hot...
Upside down or on purpose? That design is normally used with the steps that you ground off left on there to use for different thicknesses of wood. Look here at 4:50 th-cam.com/video/s15J7IGb7EU/w-d-xo.html
horizontal size has 100mm full lenght but vertical not have any, only hole dia 8mm , but i think 40mm have good ? and all holes 8mm bolt. and 100mm longhole. come about 1165 lenght and 40 . plywood maybe no need lot 9mm or 12mm.
Hi, They hold up surprisingly well when used the right way. You can obviously do the same clamps in plastic or aluminium, but these are good enough for holding down wooden materials and much more forgiving when I screw up. /Bjorn
Hi, I thought it was a generic device you installed yorself. Will take a look at the link to see if it works with my machine (Shapeoko). Thanks for your response.
Thank you so much and you are welcome. I usually cut MDF with a feed per tooth of 0.04-0.05mm, so for 6mm 2 flute at 8000 rpm and 700-800 mm/min feed rate, that's pretty conservative. I have bought my bits locally and they are probably from china :) /Bjorn
Feed per tooth or chip load as it's also called is the thickness of a chip removed by one cutting edge of the tool. Here's some good information about it: www.pdsspindles.com/engineering-speeds
great video love the clamps, maybe could have done without the annoying sound track?
what's that song at 2:21 Im an opera singer and I would love to learn it

So for wood i use normal router bits with 2 straith cutting edge...
Very good. I'd like to know how to cut in many steps with different drills. Thanks
How about sharing the exact size or a DXF? Thx
Hi Leba, i'll happily share that with you, I have added a link in description to a drawing with all dimensions. /Bjorn

Do you have the files
I would think that MDF would break in two with even minimal pressure. You have a CNC why not cut them out of aluminum?
Hi,

MDF not have strong, use plywood if need real good.
Hi, great video. Could you tell me the link to the device you use to set the Z axis of your router?
Hi, thx. I use the one that came with the CNC machine. You can see it here: www.omiocnc.com/products/x6-2200l-usb.html.

What is the thickness of wooden bed and material
It's 25mm MDF.
Nice video!! :D Thanks you for the planes ;)
I have a question, what´s the speed you use for cut de DMF? and where you buy the bit?
Thank you so much and you are welcome.

Sorry my english it´s very bad and I new with CNC xD

Great video. The only problem is you need to turn down the volume on the music, or speak louder, otherwise great video.
Thanks for the feedback Karen, I'm still trying to figure out a good audio mix. /Bjorn
I liked the audio. Not to confuse you. Great video all around--I just wish you had one for your spoilboard! :D
Thanks , yes that would be nice, but I started to film right after my spoilboard was finished. So it has to wait until i do another one :)
good simply !!!!!! bom simples !!!!!!
This is ridiculous, you said: "how to make clamps" but it only shows the result, not how to do it!
Get rid of that bloody awful "music"!!
