Hi, Love the positivity. Have done a few tours in Brittany & Normandy, incl from Plymouth / Roscoff. Agree, completely recommend it. Live in Hampshire so have also done tours starting from Poole & Portsmouth - following Frencb coast - Tour de la Manche. Hope you find many more great routes. Enjoy! 😁

Ah nice! It's so beautiful and the routes are fantastically laid out. I can't wait to go back and explore more. And eat more...

Inspiring! You seem like you had a great time!
Would love to see a gear list for the trip and bike setup. I want to eventually go for such a trip with a friend and you seem to be a more sensible person when it comes to equipment so your advice would be great 🙏

Thanks so much! I'll make a gear list asap and put it in the description. Will ping you here when I've done it. Thanks for watching and I hope you have a great trip when you do go!

Ive heard that most euro velo routes in France have very little auto traffic. Sounds fantastic. What month did you go?

I went in June, which got pretty hot at times but it was stunning. Many sections were traffic-free and others were very, very low traffic by design, the EuroVelo routes are so well put together!

Hi great video! We are planning a very similar trip, is there a specific app where you can plan a route?
Would love to know as we’re just trying to sort logistics, we want to go the coastal way also!
    Great video thanks!😊

Hi Josh, you're going to have such a great time!
I use the komoot app to plan my cycle touring trips (disclaimer: I actually work for them as well). It's easier to plan a complex route on the web version and the navigate on your phone if needed. When you look at the route planner, you can choose a sport (bike touring) and it'll make it easier to plan. The EuroVelos also show up on the map as bright blue highlighted routes. If you follow a eurovelo, when you're actually there, they're really well signposted.
I'm planning on making a video about how I plan a cycle tour this weekend, as I'm about to plan another in Brittany for this summer!
