The stirrer pil yes but I have replaced it with the one that's usuall available at the chemical lab, it's nore stronger becuse the one that comes with it the plastic eroded after like 5-6 months of use 😂
I wish you take out the magnet, that's the real selling point of this product. there are many many knock of version of this, only cost about 2$, not use magnetic stirrer, just ordinary rotor, like normal blender, so hard find the real one like this.

This is the future omggg i had 2 with no magnetics just simple one with the thing spinning and the two gave problem in the thing that spins
