Negative comments are frustrating. I once spent several hours doing a knitting tutorial and had problems with the camera focusing as well as I would have liked it. All of the comments but one were positive, but the one that was negative was the one that stuck with me. They said, "Delete this video it is horrible." People don't realize how much time it takes to film, edit and upload videos. Thanks for what you do.

Peoples words hit me so hard, always have, and this past year I learned about rejection sensitivity disphoria and it was like, “ding! ding! ding! Nailed it!” It gave me a new understanding about why things hit harder and feel stronger and hurt more for me (and other neuropsicy people) and now I’ve got a lot of new self compassion and understanding. I’m no longer trying to make that go away and instead learn to cope with it and appreciate my highly sensitive self. For what it’s worth. In case that resonates and feels true for you too. Peoples words hit me so hard, always have, and this past year I learned about rejection sensitivity disphoria and it was like, “ding! ding! ding! Nailed it!” It gave me a new understanding about why things hit harder and feel stronger and hurt more for me (and other neuropsicy people) and now I’ve got a lot of new self compassion and understanding. I’m no longer trying to make that go away and instead learn to cope with it and appreciate my highly sensitive self. For what it’s worth. In case that resonates and feels true for you too. Looking forward to more videos, however you choose to make them! 🎉
Kay, you are 100% right. I am a teacher and had one parent criticize me so harshly and now it has been replaying in my mind repeatedly. 99% of my parents love me and fully support me. Happy New Year! I never expect perfection when it comes to real life. Anybody who is NOT posting their homes, family and personal life online can easily sit back with a ton of critiques. Their/Our homes are not spotless and organized most of the time, if ever. We all make fumbles; wish we could say something better/different. It makes us relate as humans. So, no pressure just good vibes. Always put your mental first. If you need to take a break, please do it. Some ppl really like to project and being a constant recipient can't be healthy.
