Always remember, you will never be satisfied by something you can't ever get enough of! And as with any addiction you will never be able to get enough of it to be satisfied. Focus on how completely empty this addiction is. I've realized that in literally every addiction there is the illusion that you will be at peace when you do it, which is immediately followed by a feeling of total emptiness and dissatisfaction after you actually do it. There's a lie and a fantasy that the addiction is going to give you the feeling of peace you want, but then all it does is rob you of peace and leave you craving more and more. Ultimately as men we need to let go of our attachment to pleasure. Attachment and addiction to pleasure is what Thomas Aquinas calls effeminacy

I feel there are many people out there in the world not receiving support for addictions of all kinds out of shame/embarrassment as you mentioned, so I believe God will guide those people to this video. Sex and lust is a very taboo topic in the Church, especially within the Asian community, so to speak out about this on the internet with your face out is very brave of you. Although, there are many risks with putting out this video as you mentioned in the description, I have hope that God in turn will benefit you for this honesty. I also pray that you will get over this addiction completely. There's a verse I would like to leave with you which is a famous verse, Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through the power of Christ, who gives me strength." Just know that you aren't alone and whenever you hear the devil speak to you, look towards God, pray, sing praise, read the bible, although that is easier said than done.

We can all gain addictions because we struggle to deal with shame, frustration and anger. We're all human.
