It is later released internationally, but at that moment everything in the game is of "Asian difficulty". :D

They're doing a great job of keeping the stakes high in this fight. If the MC shows up and shreds through the 7 undefeated bosses it would get pretty boring, but there's 3 top tier skill players and they still have to play around instadeath and constant resurrection items. Not to mention, Pencilgon using all her stored up money.
Even fake virtual money in an MMO can be hard to let go of if you've spent 100s of hours building it up. I love the series premise that they are hardcore gamers going hardcore.
She spent her money on the thing she saved it for. She just purchased her win
I still feel this is a tad too easy. I mean, I doubt Katzo is the pro gamer playing. Another group could have taken him on. A guild would have more resources to spend.
I do wish they clarified some things, like. With the revives, they have 27 and there are 3 of them. Does that mean max number of lives is 30 in general, or could everyone have 9. If its the former, that would make it more sense. Also, they did do a lot of trial and error.
I think they are doing a good job, but for a final boss, it does feel a tad easy.

@@sonkokun6824 wezaemon isnt supposed to be a final boss hes more of an optional boss with extreme difficulty and a gimmicky fight
@@sonkokun6824 I'm not sure if it's mentioned in the anime, but Wezaemon gets a buff the more players that fight. Plus, no matter how many unskilled players you have with no matter how many revives, a boss like that would probably have no issue slaughtering them all. I don't know how much of the fight the anime has shown yet so I won't say more details, but there is no way a group without serious player skills could have beaten this boss.
Also, yeah. Everyone in the fight could have 9 lives, though I believe the items in question were supposed to be rather expensive. So filling the inventory of a large group would probably be really tough.

What MGR has taught me is that samurai can easily beat the living shiet out of me even without the sword.
Well, to be fair you fought a Brazilian samurai who could out punch giant mechs without any cyberware helping him. He was a genetic freak.
I was honestly expecting the samurai to just punch him after the whole “a swordsman without a sword is fodder” line

By far though my fav moment in the whole show is when they form a clan!!! It was so flawless and so much emotion in it!! 10/10 anime cannot wait for season 2
