  • In this edition of squash force I stress the importance of a strong upperbody and core position in the shot. In squash you have to hit the ball with balance and stability otherwise you will have no power or control. If your shot isn't hit from a square and stable posture you shot quality will drop and your movement t will slack. Adding this to your game can also protect your lower body since posture is improved it is less strenuous for the body. #squash #squash2024 #stability #squashskills #sport #coaching #posture #swing

Great tip thank you. I’ll check that out. That squash court needs a thorough refurbishment it’s a mess😮

You address important and good points, and it is better to have another player with you to increase the practical explanation

Ngl this is true. Those days, had back pain whenever I play squash .Turns out using your legs are better then the back of your body and now I no more feel pain while playing

Glad you figured it out and can play without issues now! Might be more effort at first to get used to using the legs and putting more work on. Put it definitely pays off in shot quality and preserving your body.

Welcome to the club :-) I have the same thing, lower back pain in the right QL muscle because I am using my back too much by not bending enough to use my legs and for being unstable and leaning forward. I am working on fixing it. This video fully resonates with my observations.
