How is the correct name of the "system" for the manufacture of frames (body) from plywood ???? No where to find study material I just don’t know how to correctly calculate and make such frames for my needs (models)
Is that water in the spray bottle? If so, why spray it with water? If not, what is it? Just so you'll know the reason I'm asking is that I have my own project and your techniques here are looking to be exactly what I need to do with my own. Thank you so much for posting this.

Hi, I don’t know what program was used for the 3d design as I didn’t do it my self, it was made for me by some one else and then I took the design of the buck to a CNC shop who cut them for me.
@@fer208gts Thanks for the reply. If you still had the file that was used to do the cutting I might be interested in buying it if you are interested as your buck has turned out very well. If not no problem. Good luck with the project. Looking forward to seeing how it progresses as I had a similar idea myself. The cardboard backing to the foam is very clever btw 👍 I had been thinking wire mesh 🤔 I’m guessing you’re going to make a full surface buck and then make flexible shape patterns?
Hello, nice to meet your channel, my name is Cristian and I congratulate you on your project. I want to start designing a car soon, I already know a lot but I don't have much knowledge about how to transfer car design in software to real life. I would like to know how you did to go from the software to the structure of the car in wood. What documents can I rely on? I would also like to know if the internal structure of the car or the external one is designed first? It would be very helpful if you could help me since I see that you know about the subject. I would be very grateful. I wait for an answer friend! Greetings from Colombia!
Great videos Cavallino! Could you please add some voice to your videos explaining what and how you are doing things? Even if it is just a voice over. I know it would be very helpful for me. Thanks.
@@pedrolambrusco8190 do you have the CEO email address? or at least his name? Perhaps they can use my design next time they want to shape a car's body in a class...
he's building his car, you don't like it, build your own. Or when his finished, buy the buck from him and pour petrol over the foam to get rid of it, not that I can see how the foam stops one shaping aluminium over it anyway.
Nice work I'm going to have to watch some more.
Very nice, thanks. And how about part II?
Don't suppose you could give me the measurements for each part of the wooden plug or inform me of how to get them. I really want to make one myself.
No

😂
I got my measurements off a 2x3 inch screen.
Lol

Really?
Do you come to YouthTube often?
😂
What kind of foam is that?
It looks great to work with.
Fingers crossed! Waiting for the next videos!

Hello, I would like to know where you got the buck files for your build. Please respond.

Do you have tutorial to make car body buck sir?
Hello, I would like to know how you do it or if you have the file to put it in a cnc for wood and have the panels to make the car, thanks.
How did you get the "layout" files
Really nice buck. How did you go about getting the profiles cut up what program did you use for the 3D model?

Why don't you just leave artwork to artists and not copycats on YouthTube.

You don't ask real questions on fake flatscreen YouthTube.

Hi! I have taken metal shaping classes at Proshaper in MA. I guess that I would say that I am thinking about it. Thanks.

Next time you are ready to make another sports car, I could design it for you for free. Then, you can sell it.
@akhouston ...I can give you my email... or I can send you a link for a video call. Are you thinking about making a car?
That buck would be perfect to make a nice Aluminium body over, such a shame to fill it
with foam … ☹️

@@markmark5269 Correct, not to mention, the skills required to form aluminum... those skill most certainly are not easy to come by.
