Great video but very disappointed with how hdb did their pricing and layout. Aiming for Tengah clover because easy for me to bring my mom to the policlinic check up, and bcs got the running track on carpark roof. Clover 47sqm, ok, ya'll caan see the hdb virtuaal layout, not bad, but living room wah small. I wish the price didn't cross 150k la. Anyway clover extraa closet/study table option..... if we go for study, wah, i bet not much wardrobe space if put queen size bed eh. Thank you chris.... deep thinking session hhaahahaha.

Your comments much appreciated. Actually I think it is quite difficult to live in a 47sqm flat which even includes the AIRCON ledge. Who lives on an AIRCON ledge (should you not decide to have an AIRCON for whatever reason ?
I was told I was priority because
1/Over 65
2/ downsizing from maisonnette
3/ within 4km from cu rrent location
4/ first timer for HDB
N guess what queue nbr I got 861 when only

you maisonette already. means you already had good life. your purpose is to downsize, another person's purpose may (be) to live away from parents, which is not because folks are bad but after 30 years parent-child relationships some parents, SOME may get weary and child needs to move, even IF not married.
once living apart, usually the family become BESTFRIENDS again!
I know it's not fair to ask anyone to hear "another story" out but truth is, Government ranking (priority) or not there is always someone who is "more urgent" and sometimes if a tiny shift can relieve situational pressures, importance of that "little shift" cannot be overlooked.
sure, you are valued too. but compared to someone else who struggled, (no no, I dont mean migrants. there are TRUE BLUE born and bred ones who are suffering under this extreme capitalism, shocking???? YES, I KNOW!!!!) sometimes the difference is between SAVING A LIFE, or not.
@@henrietta9206 yes Henrietta you may be candid. I inherited the maisonnette from my parents n now I would like to pass it to my brother n his family of 5. I am now actually sleeping on the balcony which has been closed up so that they can all have their private space. Getting a smaller flat for me will give me private space.
