    I bought one as well, #085/1500... I get in trouble with the wife all the time, riding to much - this machine is so badass you just don't want to get off.. I agree with everything you complemented and criticized and would add that the rear shock on this Limited Edition should have been Ohlins... IMO. Otherwise this bike is the bike to rule them all!! Legendary Aprilia handling, check. Championship street cred, check. Buy one and see the smiles per miles go way up!

    • @TB-oc1zr

      I knowww its so good, haha I am the same when I go to ride I can not stop. Yes yes if suspensions were Ohlins would be even better. I think they sell separately so we can put in some point. I still did not try it on the race track, but i am sure it will be big pleasure to ride...

    I have #177 its a beauty, only negatives are the shaky mirrors at certain rpms, and the hot engine!!!! Shorts are almost unbearable from the heat,
    Footpegs get superhot!! Also, the service fees are b.s from dealership, just to get rid of the service lights that come on in the dash,

    • @TB-oc1zr
      @TB-oc1zr  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes thank you. Amazing bike! I didn’t ride it to much as its Winter now, but the time I rode it I didn’t have any problems with the heat as I always ride with full suit or at least with jeans and boots so I didn’t feel any heat from it. For the dash lights I still didn’t have any on, I had another issues but they were fixed by the dealer I visit. Over all its a great bike. Enjoy ridding it. 👌

    Forgot to mention, tighten the quickshifter linkage, it's loose on on most aprilia rs660, mine was loose and needed tightening, should be a recall but it was never addressed, a good full turn should tighten it

    Is very beautiful machine!!! I have just reserved one. Exactly the same. Already looking at some accessories I would like to install. So the exhaust sound is pretty good?? No need for changing it??? I was thinking about it… In the videos it sounds very quiet with the stock exhaust, it maybe be because the videos don’t show the real sound…

    • @TB-oc1zr

      Yes amazing bike. I always change exhaust for better sound and a little bit more power, but on this one i will keep it stock as it sounds really good for stock one and also it looks amazing the way it is, but its personal opinion. • @TB-oc1zr
      @TB-oc1zr  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s difficult question to answer properly as only you know yourself and the way you ride. The bike can be ridden slow and fast and its up to me let say how I will ride it. If you have never ridden a motorcycle I would say 600cc bike is not the best option, I would go with something smaller until get used with the riding and etc, but of course that is my opinion. This is personal decision to take. Hope my answer helped. Thank you!

      If you have deep pockets then go for it because you will most likely drop the bike while learning to ride. I started on a Suzuki sfv650 and still have that bike. I thought it a lot of power when I first started because of the low end torque of the V-twin. I ended up dropping the bike twice when I first started. I would get a used bike like a Ducati monster 796 or 797.

    What do you think about the suspension?

    • @TB-oc1zr
      @TB-oc1zr  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think the suspension is good at least for my ridding as i am not professional rider and i don’t push to the limits for now, but for a rider who rides very good and pushes to the limit, different suspension will be better. Ohlins will be a good idea. Over all this bike is really good and it does not require any changes. Hopefully that helps. Thank you!
