You could also consider something like a waterproof speaker or smart aromatherapy diffuser. 2️⃣ Van Metre doesn’t allow video tours, so I won’t be making one of the West Park IV models. 3️⃣ This model, with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, is priced around $1.7 million after upgrades and fees. Tri Pointe Homes offers similar upgrades as Toll Brothers, which means your imagination is the only thing stopping your budget. Let me know if you have any other questions.
