Why isn't there more training about DMC's in the travel industry? I feel most aligned with what DMC's are creating and very little information about how to learn more. Some travel agents say they are more risky to use because they are not regulated. Do clients lose their money if they go out of business before they travel?

This video is funny! It's a clarification of the "products and services" available for high net-worth clients. Simply purchasing this products and services by no means defines "luxury" travel. Having a doorman smile, take your luggage and make small talk on an elevator at a five star hotel, is no more different than if the same thing was done at a Travel Lodge. There is absolutely nothing "luxurious" about merely meeting client expectations. The simplistic definition of luxury as used in this video is comical.
