It might even be their best melody too, or at least best ballad (a song longer than radio length, i.e 6+ minutes). That means it's certain to be one of the band's favourites too, as a ballad is very rare, and hard to pull off-as radio length is radio length for a reason: trying to keep that emotional high- which tends to peak at about 3 minutes, is hard to do. So the band have to be committed to it. And how perfect are those two tones that come in imperceptibly in the second act. A rival for those Fleetwood Mac do, in Chains; often held up as the benchmark-and rightly so. Echoes is essentially as close as you can get to a perfect song, but I do like chopping out the extra few minutes of filler-as when breaking it into two parts. I can think of many examples, where the artist's work was improved by a callous EA meme of an editor. Any 26 minute long song that can't be made shorter...maybe it can, ya know. You feels me homie. Excellent cover! Good personal arrangement too. I came looking for a good cover of the vocals because of the awesome harmony that Gilmore and Wright did on the original. You surpassed their original. The video editing on this was also well done with color, graphics and style.
