I remember finding this band. I bought their album when I lived in Chicago and always told people of how boris could go from robert plant to Dave gilmour effortlessly. Sad to hear of his passing. He would be proud of this. Rip.

Max I am just discovering these guys (and girls) and I am absolutely shocked at how stunning this sounds, right now it's the fourth time in a row that I am listening to this song (headphones on, turned max) and, just like you, simply can't stop! It's video and audio all together that makes it so hipnotic to listen. It's not Pompeii but the chosen spot is so perfect for making a video. Also thanks to You Tube engine for bringing me here.
Wow! Wow! and Wow! It almost brings me to tears every time I listen to this "modern Live at Pompei" Echoes. I guess because it's so close to perfection. A brilliant performance of a masterpiece!

Retko kom' bendu uopšte polazi za rukom da '' iznese '' muziku grupe '' Pink Floyd '' . '' Gruhak '' je to dokazao u nekoliko navrata da je to ipak moguće. '' Echoes '' je inače najmaestralnija numera Floyd - a i ovde su momci iz benda '' Gruhak '' po ko zna koji put dokazali da su bili i ostali bend koji svira iz duše. Izvesti ovu numeru na ovakav način graniči se sa Vasionom. Boris Kosović (R.I.P.) je svakako bio jedan IZUZETAN talenat, veliki muzičar, a sasvim sigurno i velika duša, obzirom da nisam (nažalost) imao tu čast da ga lično upoznam. U globalu - mislim da su '' Gruhak '' najverovatnije najbolji cover bend iz ovog dela EU, ako ne i šire geografski gledano. U poslednjih 5 - 6 godina pregledao sam sve Vaše YT linkove i smatram da ste u ovoj numeri prevazišli sami sebe. Ja zaista nisam nigde i nikada čuo niti jedan bend da uopšte izvodi ovu numeru, zato što je užasno teško da se ona '' iznese '' na pravi način. U ovom' slučaju - po meni - ovakav način izvedbe je - ponavljam - na granici sa Vasionom ! Momci, ukoliko se nekada desi da nastupate negde u regiji Centralne Srbije - javite mi preko YT kanala da dođem da Vas uživo gledam i slušam u cilju filtriranja i pražnjenja mog' mozga od svakodnevnih debilizama koje gledam i slušam preko medija ...

Tutti Bravissimi,anche il cantare.ma mi dispiace,per Me,e stato Suonato come un altro tema.troppe ,e confuse ,mancanze e aggiunte.lintroduzione,non bella e troppo lunga,non padroneggiava l'organo,ma come pianola,il fankky appena Accennato,ed è quello che bisognava dare ,per fare capire ha tanti,la variété della musica dei Pink Floyd...e poi il finale,molto deludente...in pratica,un bel suonare,se sosse una propria loro composizione..ma abusato troppo nel cambio (spartito).tipo,il Rondo Veneziano,che suona Mozart,e Sivieri...
Prije nekoliko godina otkrio sam Gruhak. Borisov glas i karizma su bili odmah ostavili traga na mene. Imao sam cak i srecu slusati vas uzivo. Kada sam saznao da je Boris preminuo, slomilo me kao da je u pitanju netko iz moje obitelji. Nekoliko dana nisam mogao doci k sebi. A osoba sam koja se cvrsto drzi one da je osjecaje najbolje cuvati za nekoga tko ti je vazan, a ne razbacivati se bezveze njima...Dok sam ziv, slaviti cu, i sjecati se, Borisa.

Hi guys. What a great tribute to a great singer! I think i can say i'm a fan of grukak. I really enjoyed your album "make a stand" and i think you owe it to Boris to continue. You must continue to make music. Also a standing ovation for Boris's sister DORIS KOSOVIĆ! i imagine it was hard for her to do this. Great job all!

That's a really great cover! As a drummer, i found the timing of the voices, on the first part, a little bit harsh and abrupt, but maybe i'm too picky.
Hoewether, i'm honestly impressed by the arrangements and the really deep sound you've got! A lot of echoes (or pink floyd in general) covers are kind of shy, or too soft/lazy, it's always impressive too cover pink floyd. But you didn't looked overwhelmed and really go for it, and thats awsome!
I mean, the sounds and distortion of that guitar was spot on! People often forgot that gilmour loved a big distortion!
And every other instrument, the drummer was great without trying to replicate exactly how mason sounds! Same thing with the organ and bass.
In resume, great personality in your sound! Really good work!
So good that it hurts my heart. I just discovered that Boris had passed. I had been following Gruhak since 2009. As a fellow rock singer, I was absolutely blown away by his talent. Just wow.

Absolutely shattered to hear of your friend & brother Borises passing - I feel so bad for all of you & how hard this must have been. What a truly awesome guy. I really do hope life sends you people lots of positives in your moving forward. Find comfort in your music - it is second to none, the universal language that you all excel in. Beautiful. Sometimes, you are a good musician. Sometimes you can go beyond that, beyond art even I think. To something you may not catch hold of every time you pick up your instrument. And maybe you never will get back to that exact spot, I've done it a few times, where everything I played began feeling like I didnt need to think about what I was playing, but rather, hear it the way everyone else is, dont confuse my fingers, dont interrupt the flow, just let it go. Afterward, we'd all look at each other in silence, amazed for a moment then saddened , knowing it's like watching a flower die, or an ice sculpture melt. There will be others, just as beautiful , maybe more, but that one is gone forever. I'm not saying this was one of those moments for you, but ,I was moved in a way.....I hope it was beyond what you usually feel.....

never knew boris but i know how it feels to lose a friend and get very close to losing a best friend. i’m not a crier and never have been. but hearing this and in honor of a lost friend brought me close to friend. had many trips to this song. and when it rises back up from the scary part i can just imagine our lost friends reaching for the heavens. that’s what this song means to me. well done and thank you gents

I first heard this a year ago,and often come back to it. Echoes is my favourite Floyd track,and this version is just wonderful too. In fact having seen different cover bands doing it,its the best version ive ever heard. The whole ambiance of it,from the girls,the views,and all the playing is just about perfect.

I love this. Echoes is my favourite all time piece by floyd. the whole ambiance of this cover is just superb,from the Rick Wright pings,right through to the movements of the girls,everything just fits perfectly. There is no better cover of Echoes in my mind.
