Ole Borud (Jazz Around Festival 2023) - interview

The second edition of the Jazz Around 2023 festival in Katowice is behind us. Wonderful memories remain, but also interesting interviews with some of the festival's artists. One of them is Ole Børud - a Norwegian session musician, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, composer, and music producer.
In the 1990s, he was a member of the heavy metal bands Schaliach and Extol. He performed with the Oslo Gospel Choir and collaborated with artists like Andrae Crouch.
According to the artist, his inspiration comes from the music of the so-called West Coast, particularly the band Steely Dan. We warmly invite you to the interview. Polish translation [CC] available.
