OMG, I'm LOOVING this channel... just found it tonight & will be subscribing! I just have to ask - was the "point to product" a jab at a certain person running our country? 🤣 I am a Camel (used to be "light") but now called Blues smoker, but have to save some $$ nowadays. I've been buying Good Stuff red tobacco & the Zen short filters the smoke shop offers. Not liking the width of the Zens - they are a tad too wide for my liking & I have to keep them in a drier place than the tobacco. And, it isn't the taste I prefer with Camel. I also smoke Marlbiro Reds if the Blues are out or cheaper! Do you recommend a camel brand-sized filter, short? Thanks 🙂 from Mesa, AZ 🌵

Ah, I didn't realize that Windy City Cigars also sells Kashmir pre-rolled tubes (I've been recently using the Coral tubes) -- and their prices are EXCELLENT, too! I'll DEFINITELY order from them, the next time I need more! 🙂

Hello Melissa. 🙂 Look into getting a cigarette finisher. I just purchased 2 yesterday -- a manual one (from Amazon) & an electric one, too (from Whole Leaf).
The manual one I ordered from Amazon (Buffalo Twister End Finisher for RYO Cigarettes) costs $14.95, and the electric one I ordered from Whole Leaf (Deluxe Cigarette Finisher) costs $32.99 .
(I figured, "Why not get one of each -- an electric AND a manual?" THAT way, if the electric goes out in my residence, then I can ALWAYS fall back on the manual one. 😉 ( Also, I have a few manual rollers, a Hawk-Matic Plus I & also ordered a Powermatic III+ yesterday, too. I had a Powermatic III+ a few years ago, but it broke & was beyond the warranty/servicing period. THIS time around, I added a 4-year protection plan for it [from Asurion] -- which only costs $31.98. That should keep me good & happy for a WHILE! 😉 )
Of course, feel free to look around -- as you may see some MANUAL RYO cigarette finishers that cost less than the 1 I got. GOOD LUCK! 🙂
P.S.> Once I get the finishers, I'll come back & update everyone here on how well they're working.
Alright ... I got the Buffalo Twister End Finisher a few days ago & have tried it on about 2 packs or so that I rolled (on my 2nd Powermatic III+, which arrived a day or so before that). It comes with a little sheet in a resealable plastic bag, providing instructions on how to use it. It's VERY easy to use -- and pretty self-explanatory. Eh ... it's ok; it does the trick. I broke 1 cigarette on it, but that's my fault (applied TOO MUCH pressure, pushing in a cig while I was twisting the finisher). Also, your cigs may become a bit wrinkled from using it (due to applying some pressure -- which you have to do, anyway). Earlier today, I checked & saw that UPS shipped the Whole Leaf Deluxe Cigarette Finisher to my P.O. box. I just got back to my residence a little while ago, unboxed it & plugged it in. There aren't any instructions provided on how to use it, but it's self-explanatory. On the back of the unit, there's a metal on/off toggle switch. You switch it on, insert the end of a rolled cig on the front & VOILA! I ONLY did it on JUST ONE cig, so far -- and ALREADY, I AUTOMATICALLY LOVE this little unit! 😍 It did a PERFECT job of closing the loose end of a rolled cig! Also, it didn't wrinkle my cig! Per Amazon, it's 5.5 x 2.25 x 5 inches & weighs 12.63 ounces -- so, it's not really big & could fit in the palm of your hand. It's CURRENTLY unavailable on Amazon, but you can probably still order it on Whole Leaf's site (just search online for: "Whole Leaf cigarette finisher", sans the quotes, and it'll probably be the 1st search result). Some people said that this unit's noisy, but I didn't think it was all that loud. I placed it on a tray, alongside my 2nd Powermatic III+. The unit moves around a bit, so I placed a little cardboard box under it. It doesn't move as much, and it's also quieter with the cardboard box under it. Yep, I'd DEFINITELY say that the Whole Leaf Deluxe Cigarette Finisher is DAMN WELL WORTH IT! (With BOTH units, you'll STILL get some tobacco that may fall out [if you hold a cig upside down & keep tapping it]. However, it's about the same amount you'd get, if you purchased a pack of smokes & packed them in -- so, VERY little, like small flakes.) ALL IN ALL, BOTH units do the trick -- but, I DEFINITELY LOVE the Whole Leaf Deluxe Cigarette Finisher THE BEST! 😃👍
I just rolled about 4 & 1/2 packs more & used the Whole Leaf Deluxe Cigarette Finisher on ALL of them. It worked EXCELLENT! I'm VERY GLAD I got it -- and she's DEFINITELY a KEEPER!
If it is finished tobacco, I think you need to roll the top. If it is shredded tobacco, I suggest you change to a tighter box.
