I have been vegetarian for 30 years and would eat meat in an extreme case.
@@edithdlp8045Until maybe the last 75 or 100 yrs, through all of time no one ever thought, "what should I not eat?". Why? We had no choice. What a privilege that is.
@@DonaldDeCiccoi hate to preach like most vegetarians. You are free to eat what you want. I don't force anyone not even my kids. They eat meat and I accept that. Not everyone has to agree with you specially when you are not the norm.
@@edithdlp8045I’m vegan for over 20 years, vegetarian for over 40 years. I would eat meat in a life or death situation.
I also don’t find the idea of eating a human who has died in order to save my life that controversial.
For instance- The Donner Party did what I think most logical people would do.
@@DonaldDeCicco Well, that's not true at all. The Bible and Koran have dietary restriction. I believe several other religions do as well. The Bible states that Noah knew which animals were clean and unclean. So dietary restrictions have always been around.

I have been vegetarian for 30 years and I don't care if anyone eats meat. I don't preach not even to my kids. They eat meat. Live and let live. Most vegetarians I know feel like they need to convert everyone.
