Se refiere a que en el doblaje latino el actor de doble de Seiya no es el clásico, y el audio se puede escoger independientemente de la región, o al menos a mí me deja

Recuerdo que en la saga de Hades Jesús Barrero ya no interpretaba a Seiya pero en su lugar estaba una voz que no era mala , esa voz quedaba mejor que la que le pusieron aqui

The English and Japanese dialogue are almost completely different! Seiya brings his sister up multiple times in English while not mentioning her AT ALL in Japanese- which is a lot closer to the source material

Dario Yazbek tiene momentos donde no suena tan mal, pero comparado con el maestro Yamil Atala se nota que la elección no fue buena, especialmente considerando que hubo previamente actores como Irwin Daayán que ya habia hecho un buen trabajo, o Enzo Fortuny, quien supuestamente había sido elegido primero, los cuales obviamente hubiesen dado una muy superior interpretación

It just sounded weird to the translators at the time the original series aired in France. It didn’t flow well or roll off the tongue in French. Plus they had very little understanding of the material they were adapting and were airing it for a much younger audience, therefore they simplified it to "Knights" as that’s what they essentially are, armored warriors with noble ideals. (an idealized version of actual knights for sure but still)
I’m the first generation fan of original Saint Seiya series since 80’s. This version surprises me big time. I love it! Would be great if you could add a bunch of original soundtracks on the background. Please please do not stop the production. It truly has huge potential to surpass the original version. PS, if you really like the series as a whole, i would recommend saint seiya knights of the Zodiac game. Why does everyone hate this? I genuinely want to know. It was my first ever exposure to Saint Seiya (after that I watched Legend of Sanctuary, beautiful movie) so like, what's your problems with it?
I think the problem lies in the fact that It wasn't fully faithful to the original series, a main character was gender bent, they changed the whole plot of the show, Also implementing the Army, robots and stuff like that.

I'll never understand why the dub changed the terminology of the japanese original which already used nuanced English by design and reference to lore. They are "cloths" not "armour". Later on, you will see that the Poseidon's marinas wear "Scales", and Hades' spectres were "Surplices". There was no need to dumb this down with "Knights" and "Armour", they are Saints. This is Saint Seiya. Not "knights of the zodiac". Could you imagine if "Harry Potter" was translated as "Wizards of Magic School" and you begin to understand how stupid this is.

It just sounded weird to the translators at the time the original series aired in France. It didn’t flow well or roll off the tongue in French. Plus they had very little understanding of the material they were adapting and were airing it for a much younger audience, therefore they simplified it to "Knights" as that’s what they essentially are, armored warriors with noble ideals. (an idealized version of actual knights for sure but still)
I’m the first generation fan of original Saint Seiya series since 80’s. This version surprises me big time. I love it! Would be great if you could add a bunch of original soundtracks on the background. Please please do not stop the production. It truly has huge potential to surpass the original version. Thank you so much.

PS, if you really like the series as a whole, i would recommend saint seiya knights of the Zodiac game. Does a great job of going through the whole story in its in game graphics, and is not half bad for a mobile game.

Why does everyone hate this? I genuinely want to know. It was my first ever exposure to Saint Seiya (after that I watched Legend of Sanctuary, beautiful movie) so like, what's your problems with it?
I think the problem lies in the fact that It wasn't fully faithful to the original series, a main character was gender bent, they changed the whole plot of the show, Also implementing the Army, robots and stuff like that.

I'll never understand why the dub changed the terminology of the japanese original which already used nuanced English by design and reference to lore. They are "cloths" not "armour". Later on, you will see that the Poseidon's marinas wear "Scales", and Hades' spectres were "Surplices". There was no need to dumb this down with "Knights" and "Armour", they are Saints. This is Saint Seiya. Not "knights of the zodiac". Could you imagine if "Harry Potter" was translated as "Wizards of Magic School" and you begin to understand how stupid this is.
