I loved this and your graphics helped so much! I also was drawn to the nature background scene behind, which is beautiful!!! Thank you so much from NY state, USA. I’m sharing this with friends! 🤍💫🙏🏻
Hey! As you may or may not know, I make all the music for my videos. If you're looking for a free way to support me or are just interested, I'd appreciate you checking out my original music! The genre is Indie Pop. You can have a listen here :) linktr.ee/karltomlin
Thanks for sharing this. So, if I am doing this correctly, I am inhaling for 3 counts and exhaling for 5. Correct? Or on the 3 counts where you switch, are you holding your breathe? Because it's not taking me 3 counts to block and switch nostrils.
Thanks for your feedback! I want to get to a point where my content can suit everyones needs. Some people like it at this pace and I believe I have some slower ones on my channel. Thanks for checking it out :)
Does one breathe during the switch? Meaning I inhale during the first count of three and continue inhaling after I’ve switched (it takes a split second to switch) and then exhale for five?
0:48 is where it starts from the intro.
Thank you so much for this! Everything about it is calming.

I love this, but it's a little bit fast?

Hello, you can also adjust the speed in the settings.
Nice Voice , one question is it 4 inhale n 8 exhale ? Am I right ?
… slow the speed at 0.75 in the settings
Right hand Corner button / settings : playback speed 0.75

I think the idea is you hold it for 3, then exhale.
@@Mudfordays thanks. I ended up looking for other alternate nostril breathing videos to understand
Could you please increase the length of the videos to around 10-15 mins please??
I will be releasing a 10 minute version of this tomorrow :)
@@FeelingHealing Appreciate it, thank you. Could you also do 20-30 min videos of mindfulness meditation pleaase?
@@shankar0cr Sorry! Thought I replied a while ago. I will be doing those in near future for sure :)
@@FeelingHealing Thank you. Will look forward to it.
Did anyone else get emotional and started tearing up or do I have major issues?
That's quite common! If you are getting an emotional release, it's likely your body needed it and that's great :)
Last exhalation should be out the left nostril
Why can't this be done in a lying position? 😢
Sorry for the slow reply! You could, I just find it to be more awkward to hold my arm up in a lying position :)
@@FeelingHealing yes, actually I hadn't thought of that :) thank you 🙏☺️
Very confusing
