    You should refrigerate the eggs at home. At the supermarket they are not refrigerated so the cold chain is not broken. Pls do it bc is safer for you☺️

    Hello Beautiful... I like that as a greeting, kind of catches you off guard but makes you smile and laugh to yourself... You mentioned stress for your future career. I wouldn't worry about it. Since I started listening to you, I have been constantly happy with the positive vibes you give off. I see in you confidence and I know that as a woman it is a hard thing to have. There are many injustices that take place, built up garbage that a society of males had put in place. I feel you've dealt with this, when I hear you speak and I find it refreshing in how you put your information, yourself forward. I know your words, opinions will help many women of all ages grow without lecturing or forcing your will. I see your career beyond social media, I could see you speaking at women's centres, all levels of school and in public forums. I see you going places you probably haven't even dreamed of yet. I see no limitations with you in any career. I have said all of this to you before. I am very shy but I do mean what I say. I occasionally come out of my shell and in my past have always stood up for women, experiencing the pressures and weight placed on their shoulders. In my own life, even now I have seen and felt the cruelties that happen. It has made me appreciate and reward kindness wherever I see it.     If you want relief in your eyes from staring at computer screens, TVs, tablets, phones. Wear bluelight blocking glasses after the sun goes down, the bluelight communicates to your brain the time of the day. Bluelight is a spectrum of color that is associated with mid day to the brain.
    Overall, it is healthier to just not stare at any artificial lights after the sun goes down, specifically between the hours of 10pm to 4am.
    Also, if you swap out your bread in the morning for some nuts and seeds, almonds, cashews, walnuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, etc. Your diet would be keto.
