How do you unplug the power cable from the inside of the Maytag MAH5500BWW .There is no tab to lift up. Do you just pull it off? Thanks

Hi, great video, where did you get the instructions on performing those diagnostic checks?
My Neptune is displaying the "lr" code, what I'm finding on the web is pointing towards a motor & motor control board replacement as you have shown.
Unless you know of a different issue?

+Ken Wilson The diagnostic sheet was located in the compartment on the back of the washer that houses the push buttons control panel. When you're looking at the back of the washer, it's in the upper right. When I took the cover off, it was folded and tucked inside. Thanks for commenting and hope the video helps you out!

I have a maytag neptune that is giving me the lo code it acts like it will work fills for a minute or two then says lo
then when we try to spin water out it doesn't spin but it will empty water
what is the problem and is it worth fixing

Most of the eBay Sellers give you a money back guarantee that the Board will work. My board had no burn marks - no indication of fault, so i had to get another - but first - wanted to see if I could fix the Board. I'll let you know...

The word I got was that there are no schematics, and the manufacturer didn't even give them out to their technicians! So - I'm stuck - to buy a 'used' one... The new ones are horrendously expensive! Talk about gauging!!

Look to eBay to find a Motor Control Board. Pay attention to the numbers...
