I did a survey of our national highway safety data base on 13 brands over five years. BMWs were the brand with the most recalls. I bought my last BMW four years ago and got an extended warranty but never used it because someone stole it after year two.😄😄
I'm a big LOMO fan. I have their crash bar bags, plus loads of roll top bags from tiny to 40l. I'm also away on an overnighter next week, with a plan to visit the Sammy Miller museum. Have a great trip and let's hope the weather is kind to us.
The Lomo gear is reliable, never had one wet through. They've got a showroom at theyr headquarters in Hyde Park Street Glasgow if you want to check stuff out before you buy.
Bought myself a Lomo 40L bag for our Red Squirel camp as well. Heard mixed feedback about durability, but for the few camps I'm planning, including @abrfestival, will be a good starting point.
That's a shit with all those warnings coming up mate ( apart from the fuel warning of course ) Is it still under warranty at all John? Get em to cough for a BMW dealer check. Nice bikes though, and so versatile. looks like your mrs needs to confiscate your debit/credit cards😁😁 stay safe mate
